Brought my Highlander here after it was backed into in a parking lot. While the damage may not seem like much, it was upsetting nonetheless. My insurance gave me a choice of body shops and I chose here. Junior gave me an estimate the day after I dropped it off with an expected completion date. After getting started they found a little more damage which meant I'd need a new bumper and of course that required it be painted. In total, I believe the work was completed in five days. In addition to making my car look brand new again they washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up. It looked great, inside and out. I highly recommend these guys if you have any unfortunate car collision needs. An additional bonus is you can pick up and drop off your rental car here if you use enterprise. They did a GREAT JOB! First fender bender in my 17 years of driving so I have never been in this situation. They were awesome with explaining things and guiding me through the process. I mean having State Farm made it easy as well but, Dwayne and the ladies at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. I was called with updates and also emailed with updates. When I got the car back it looked amazing. There is no other option but to go to Caliber Collision. So happy I chose them on my insurance claim. Take Monday off and tell the boss I said so. Never had a bad customer service until I met Rick. Rick is the third associate that has been in charge of my car repairs since I started taking it there in August. Note to say that he was the only employee that wasn't wearing a mask in the building... This is the 5th time I went to Caliber after my car was "ready" to pick up and isn't actually ready. I showed Rick how uneven my bumper was and he disagreed with a very demeaning manner ( gesturing his hands in the directions he wanted me to go). Absolutely disrespectful. I asked for a different associate to help me solve my situation and he agreed with me on what was wrong. read more

Caliber collision said my car was repaired after keeping it two extra days and going up on my original quote several hundred dollars. Now my vehicle is not repaired correctly and they won't return my phone calls!!!! I am very frustrated with them!!! I would not recommend them under any circumstances!!! I am very detail oriented and to be fair, I am can be very hard to please. I went to this shop for an insurance claim, I was rear ended and needed body work done. This shop made everything so simple and seamless, and the final product was perfect. From matching paint, to letter spacing of INFINITI on my trunk. My go to guy at Caliber was Jack, and I could not be more pleased. My rear window tint was scratched when it was removed by a 3rd party glass company, and Jack coordinated with the glass company to pay my regular tint shop directly for the window tint replacement. Do not use Caliber Collision especially the location near NAS Jax. We had our car fixed here after someone hit us. This is the location the insurance company recommended. When we went to pick it up they were ready to hand us back the key with half the molding not on it. After pointing it out, they fixed it half assed and bent the piece. We called to let them know and the said they would ordering the piece. Great so 2 weeks later they call to tell us it's in. And to bring our car back in. So here we are today sitting waiting for them to fix the piece and find out that's not the right piece they ordered and changed out another piece that wasn't broken to begin with. After their realised they had the wrong piece they wanted to take it off. Which now our original piece was physically damaged from removing it. And because "he needed to get his money back from that piece." He wanted to put that back on. So here we are again wasting our time. They bring our car around and we assume the keys are inside the car since they didn't hand them to us. As we are driving down the interstate we see our keys are sitting ontop of our windshield wipers. so once again we will have to make another trip and wait for them to fix a piece on our vehicle they broke in the first place. And now I notice there is a spot where it looks like either the clear coat was removed or the wiped the door with a dirty rag and taken the clear coating off. Just a short review to let interested parties shopping for a body shop to perform work or a paint job know about my experience at Caliber Collision. I was, unfortunately in an auto accident recently, and the other driver's insurance directed me to this shop. I took my car in and met with Jack one of the sales managers there. He seemed pleasant and indicated it may take a week. They did as promised; however, Jack was not there when I picked the vehicle up. I informed the young lady who brought my vehicle in that there was a small crease in the hood which was not there when I left it. Also, there was a greasy handprint on there driver door which they worked on. She tried unsuccessfully to get the print off & informed me that Jack was ill & for me to return and speak with him. I took my car home and looked at the car with a friend who used to work on car. He pointed out that the hood was very slightly askew with the seams not aligning up making the front of the hood hit when shut thus causing the crease in the hood. I took the car back when Jack returned. and told him of my concerns. He immediately asked to drive my car to the shop. I waited about 45 minutes to speak with a manager. Jack then comes to get me and we walk to the service area. where I meet Ricky the service manager. They managed to get the handprint off, but I noticed that the hood is no longer askew. I informed Ricky that the crease in the hood was caused by the shutting of the hood and that the hood was askew when I brought it in. He swore that no-one had touched the hood. I told him that I really felt otherwise. He said that He could fix the crease but I would have to make an appointment. In the meantime my friend who commented on the hood being askew saw my car again and confirmed that the hood was adjusted. He and I also looked at the paint job Collision did. It has a slight orang peel texture to it. I've decided I don't want the hood of my car to have that texture so I've written this off as a terrible experience but wanted to warn others. If you are particular about your car, look elsewhere for body work. read more
