I turned over my 2022 Corolla to Caliber Collision for repairs on 6/21/22. My car is still sitting in Caliber Collision as of today 8/10/22. I checked in with Caliber Collision 7/8/22 to see where my car stood on being repaired and come to find out they had not even started the repairs. Although Claudia Mirranda, service advisor told me they were working on the body work while they were waiting for parts. They had NOT even touched my car as of July 8, 2022 when I found out they still did not have parts and did no body work, because Claudia told me they were waiting on parts for suspension, before they do the body repair work. She completely altered her story. I was even mailed a letter from Blue Fire Insurance from Delisa Hooks telling me my car had to go into storage because Caliber Collision was not working on my car and waiting for parts. I then on July 8, 2022 asked Claudia to print out a part report which she did and I told her I would go research and find the parts and then bring them in. It took me only 2 days to find the parts that Caliber Collision needed to repair my car. I found the LT Trailing arm at Simi Valley Toyota Dealership and I found the LT Caliper Japan built part at ToyotaOverstock.com. I called Claudia and told the manager Natasha that I found the parts and will bring them into their shop. I went to Simi Valley Toyota Dealership personally and picked up that part and the Toyota Overstock.com mailed me the other part within 4 days. When I brought the parts into Natasha the manager of Caliber Collision she would NOT take the parts!!! She ONLY wanted to buy the parts from "THEIR people" they did NOT call anybody else to find the parts for my car and let my car just sit at "THEIR" shop for a WHOLE MONTH!!!! My car insurance is with All State and my policy only covers 30 days of rental and here sits my car for a month of NO work at all being completed!! Caliber Collison should have to pay for my rental past 30 days for purposely letting my car just sit in their shop and lie to me that they were doing body work while waiting on parts and in reality they did NO work at all on my car!! I was told by All State to return the parts I had bought, because Natasha was NOT going to take my parts!!!! I asked All State to move my car to another shop but they would NOT do it!! Brian Schlosser emailed me on July 25, 2022 and said he had spoke to and she told him, "The suspension work is complete and the have removed the damaged quarter panel, but I can not give you an estimated completion date yet. We won't know that until the car is reassembled and headed to the paint booth" Through out this insaine situation I was also NOT contacted once by Caliber Collision letting me know what was going on. I have either had to walk into the shop and ask and be lied to that they were working on the car or call Brian at All State Complaint Claims department to receive more bad news of my car STILL NOT REPAIRED!!! I was told on August 3, 2022 by Biran at All State car would be complete on August 10, 2022. I went to Caliber Collision on August 9 , 2022 to verify if the car would be done and they told me no. It will now supposedly be done on August 17, 2022. This is a on going excuse everyweek the extend a week when the car is going to be done. Caliber Collision has basically stolen my car and will not fix my car!! I have no idea how to get Caliber Collision to truly fix my car and return my car to me!!! And Caliber Collision is an All State referred repair shop; how I do not know!!! read more

Have had my vehicle since the beginning of january. still no eta. Sadly they do not even up date me with information. I have to call for information. Supposedly a passenger side front frame rail has been on back order since Jan 13th 2023. Now while this may have some truth to it, I have to wonder if they looking for a salvage part or if it is truly on order. Fortunately I have not had any accidents where I would have had to have this type of work performed to base my opinion on. But in the meantime, I'm going on 5 months without my car and have been informed that others have been without their vehicle for up to a year while at caliber collision. I say this because the girl who answered the phone in the Lancaster location (they transferred my car from Santa Clarita to Lancaster) said they have had cars for up to a year waiting for parts. Mostly likely would not take a car there again nor would I be able to recommend them to anyone. Still praying to get my car back before much more time passes and that it is repaired properly. read more

I got into a very minor accident and my insurance recommended this shop because they cover the repair for as long as you have the car. I made an appointment to get my estimate with Keith and then I took it in to get repaired. My repair was done in less then a week (only needed the bumper replaced) and they even checked the tire pressure because my light was on and I wasn't able to take it in just yet. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to call for updates on my car and they said they would but every time I called they were super great about getting me updates. Thank you all! read more

I am very happy with the service and quality of work provided by Conrad and his staff. Gia was very professional and helpful upon drop off and pick up. I received text message updates every day and they even finished work on my car earlier than anticipated. They even washed and vacuumed my car! I was rear ended back in 2017 and this was one of the companies that was recommended to have my car repaired. They took extra care of my 2016 Honda (even stored it for me because it was Christmas time when I got hit) and I was even able to still get factory brand parts because my car was under 2 years old! Fast forward to this month with what looked like my bumper may have issues, the manager Camilo was able to catch right away that someone or something had tapped my bumper to pop it out. He was sooo helpful and serviced my car that afternoon only needing 30 minutes to get it back in place and make sure no other damage was done! I am so impressed with the professionalism and OUTSTANDING customer service of Caliber Collision. Steve is absolutely Amazing! He and Juan Exemplify what great customer service is all about! I brought my car to them with a referral from my car dealership. My insurance company (Anchor General) is a nightmare and took forever to even go look at my car let alone let me know that this collision shop was not on there list and I would have to pay 30% in order to have the work done there... Steve was way more helpful than my insurance company and believing I shouldn't have to pay for those repairs helped me have my car transferred to the shop the insurance company agreed to. This 3 weeks because of the insurance company not returning my calls or their calls. As soon as Steve had authorization he had my car moved immediately. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Caliber Collision. I had to take my vehicle in to be repaired after a minor accident, and the entire process was smooth and painless for me. They fixed my car well and in good time, and were very good about keeping me updated with everything they were doing. They also communicated directly with the insurance company that was funding the repairs, and everything went smoothly on that end, which is not always the case. My car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company and they told me they didn't want it. I never received the email they said they'd send regarding companies that I could sell to, so I called Caliber and asked for advice on what to do, I told them 4 times that the insurance company does not want the car, and was repeatedly assured that all I had to do was release the car to them. Three weeks later, they call me because the insurance company didn't pick up the car and I explained what happened. They, again, told me that all I had needed to do was release the car because I did not want to retain ownership, and that it was on the insurance company, now they're telling me that they never said what I have recordings of them saying, and are trying to lay the situation at my feet. Don't ever go here, they're scam artists, frauds and thieves. read more

I received communication by phone and text updating me on the progress of the repair on my car. I had the distinct impression that the employees believe in the quality of their service and they exhibit a service attitude. They appear to love working at Caliber. Man, where do I begin... took my car here under the suggestion of the local State Farm (that's another review for another day).. got my estimate back after being rear ended and the prices for parts was outrageous. Kia of downtown LA was giving me prices 45-70% less, and that's just walking in off the street not wholesale. The plastic part under my bumper, near the exhaust.. kia wanted $76, calibers price...$324! Needless to say, their price gouging got my car totaled by the insurance company. Ok cool, screw you guys too. So when insurance told me, I made arrangements to get my amps and subs from the trunk. They had ripped everything out and cut the wires to the amps and to the subs. After a few minutes of their shop hands gathering my property, I went into the car to leave my spare key and get my custom plates. Look into the back seat for anything else and see the seats chewed up and covered in stains and crusty crap. The car had been there less than a week. Literally Friday morning until Wednesday when I got my stuff... either they left the trunk open, doors open or a window. Their response from the guy who walked me into their graveyard of wreckage was "well you said the car was totaled right" what the flying f#$k? I load up my stuff in my dinky little rental, and the claim lady who said "well take care of you... don't worry we'll just focus on the body and not include your wheels since you have the factory ones". Their price for wheels bought at America's tire was more than I paid for four tires and two wheels... thanks for taking care of me caliber! read more

I was referred to this place after someone hit my car. At first they seemed ok, but after picking up my car the first time I found that they had not repaired all the damage to my suspension and completely overlooked a broken control arm so I took it back. The car was still not repaired, they completely ignored the control arm until I took it to another shop and got an estimate. After a third time taking the car back they finally repaired it. Staff was pushy and the mechanics they use are garbage. Took them three months to fully fix my car but my mechanic found the damage in 30 seconds on a lift. If your car is in an accident don't just go where they tell you, pick someone you trust. read more

In late December 2018, I had an accident where I was backing out of a parking space the same time another person was backing out; no body's fault, just an accident. My insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision in Lancaster, CA, to perform the repair. I was given a forecasted completion date that would have been met had the parts originally shipped to them been acceptable to their quality standards. It was a one or 2 day delay to get the right parts. Throughout the entire process, the employees at Caliber kept me informed of the process and any issues or problems they encountered. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk to the 2 or three different customer service representatives were very personable. I would recommend this facility to everyone that would ask me.
