I will never take my car back to this place again because when I took my car in my car had headlights when I got my car back I had no headlights no highbeams no fog lights. They should not have gone underneath the hood, but when I picked up my car, my hood popped up. And I would never recommend anybody to ever go to this place! This place is amazing! I would recommend it highly to anyone. My charging port stopped working out of the blue and I was sure that it was a fuse. But I wasn't sure how to fix it. I called many different places and got quoted anywhere from 150$ and up. This place was my saving grace. It wasn't anywhere near that price. I called Sara and she had me come in the same day n get it fixed. She was incredibly sweet, and I loved her personality! Henry fixed the fuse and was extremely knowledgeable! Work was top notch (my 19 year old Cadillac looked new) reasonable cost, expedient repairs. They are very good, very honest and very competent. It took 10 days for them to fix a two small dents and a fuel door which estimates was 4 days. When I asked about my car on day 7 they angrily replied stop rushing us ! On day 10 I came and the fuel door was not alined and fixed .. I won't recommend this body shop to anybody else. read more

Getting into an accident sucks. I am so happy I was able to find David to take care of us. Our car got rear ended. The other driver decided to work it out absent insurance so I received several estimates but felt most confident in David and his team at auto collision. I explained the circumstances and the need for the estimate to be solid so no back and forth with the other guy. David was so awesome. He brought the car in a day early to do a really thorough inspection which ended up changing the inspection slightly when he found some hidden damage (he even showed me what he saw in the shop with the car disassembled). We gave the deposit and brought the car back when he had all the parts. Initially, David and all the other shops said 7 - 10 business days. My car was ready in less than 4. I was so happy when I picked it up and my car was all better. Totally would never even know that anything ever happened. Highly recommend David and his team. Very happy customer. read more

I had no choice but to get my car fixed here due to a accident. All I can say is worst place I ever went to in my entire life! Their was a part missing in my vehicle and the mechanic didn't even know what it was called! Then they dirty the inside of the car very bad! And got oil in my damn seats! Then they messed up my tints I had just gotten done before the accident! They ended up replacing my tint but still pissed they messed it up in the first place. Now... then they got my door jammed couldn't even open it at all! My carpet on the side still to this day keeps coming out! My small window on the side door is not even right because you can hear air coming through it! They had to fix that side window over 3 times cause it kept getting loose. My bumper was getting loose! Why does the lawyer office continue to come here I have no clue! Oh did I mention they scratched my vehicle as well. Now my lights in the back get foggy when I wash it which it never has done that! Im pretty sure I'm still missing a lot of issues with my car still. Their is still a good size gap between the body and the door! Now my safety child lock always locks on its own now because it won't stay in position. Thanks a lot for messing up my car! Never will I ever recommend anyone to this place! Never again will I ever set foot on this property! Update: took my Car so they can fix my back small window due to the fact air was still coming through it! Guess what !! These guys are the definition of what a collision center should represent, and I mean that whole heartedly. I was in search for a decent body shop, one that could completely repair the rear end of my brand new M2. What was even worse was that I had purchased this car 3 weeks before my rear end collision. At this point I had lost all attraction to what used to be this gem of a car, the rear was completely destroyed. The back end resembled a phantasmagoria of complete and utter destruction. In short, this thing was beyond repair in my head, especially since it's German. I had the idea that it was not going to be restored at all, that was until I stumbled upon executive auto collision. At first there was some reluctance approaching the shop, but after speaking to its amazing staff over the phone, I was able to build up enough confidence to finally bring my gem into the shop. Once I arrived, I was pleased to see that the shop was organized and clean. Not to mention, their customer service was unmatched! I'm assuming this was a family business, due to the fact that they had such a keen interest in providing me with the best service I could possibly get. The owner, David, was able to take a look at my car and assure me that everything would be taken care of accordingly. I was pleased to know that this was not a big deal for him to fix, this man's confidence was able to speak for himself. He mentioned how the damage that the car sustained was a complete "cake walk" for him and his staff and that he would have it repaired in no time. Given my initial experience with David, I felt that he would be the only one capable of taking care of my car and restoring it to what it used to be. I was pleased to know that these predictions were completely correct! After a short while, David and his staff managed to restore the car back to it's original self. When I returned to the shop to pick it up, it was as if I had seen it for the first time at the dealer when I purchased it. Everything was completely fixed, and I mean everything. Along with their work came their very superb communicative skills. Whilst their staff was working on my car, I would get calls regularly detailing the progress that they have made and are making. They completely held my hand throughout the entire endeavor and I was pleased to see that David and his staff held true to their word. This is not a common thing within the field of collision repair and I was glad to know that they were an outlier. I would choose this shop a million times over, they are the definition of collision repair. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Give these guys a try!
