Do not take your car here. GEICO sent my car to this shop…read moreafter my accident, and the repairs were never done correctly. I had to bring it back multiple times through September, and it still was not fixed right. Now my lug nuts came off, which is a major safety issue and proof of careless work. Instead of taking responsibility, they are refusing to fix their mistake. To make it worse, one of their employees called and yelled at me, which was completely unprofessional. Poor workmanship, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Avoid this place. NOW, my car is at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest and it cost me additional 500.00

Their app is easy to use and they allow you to select one of their preferred shops or one to your liking. I chose this location as one of their preferred shops as they were close to home and had an available appointment in the morning. When I arrived the front desk receptionist informed of their process and I handed over my keys. They had enterprise onsite so I had no issues with pickup and drop off. The service advisor told me about the process, did a walk through with me around the car and answered and addressed my follow up questions. I did experience two issues when trying to pick up my vehicle. One time I was told the vehicle was done. When I called back to let them know I was on the way, they advised it would be ready the next day. The next day (Friday) I called to confirm the car was ready I was told it was. When I arrived I was told the part had just come in and they were putting it together then. So as you can imagine - I'm annoyed lol As for the service itself, the guys were really nice! But I was told initially that they would put it together, send to Mercedes to make sure the calibration was correct and would detail the car out. The advisor did tell me I can bring it back so I will update once I see them on Friday. However, I left unsatisfied. 2/9/24 update: They delivered as promised! They took their time and fixed everything so as I promised - I am giving them a 5 star review. Service adviser was great!

They even delivered my vehicle to me so I didn't have to figure out a way to get up there or go back and forth trying to get the vehicle back home. Maurice was amazing was very helpful and communicated throughout the whole process. Never had an issue answering the million of questions I had. It even look like detailed cleaned my car inside and out. It look like I just got my car off the lot. I appreciate you all so much thank you!!!!!!!

The Snellville location is not one that needs to remain open. It took three trips to get my car,…read moreand the first trip was blatant lack of care. I went to pick my car up the week of the 1st, after being there almost a month at that point. They had put pieces back on my car that were clearly broken, I could put my hand through the busted wheel well liner, the ground effects on the front were cracked on the bottom and the nose trim was broken and clearly visible. Some of the parts that were broken, I had to lay on the ground to see. They charged my insurance for the parts that were not replaced. The paint was orange peeled, rippled. I pointed this out the first trip and they did not touch it, removed the marker that circled it to show the issue. The last trip, yesterday to pick it up, the paint was repaired. There was a piece of trim pointed out on the second trip that was loose, they glued it to the lower ground effect trim, so it didn't move but was not "fixed". My auto dim on my car currently doesn't work, found that out this morning. The hood does not align correctly, but I'm tired of dealing with this location and will not use them again for any repairs and will tell people I know and my insurance company about this experience.

Through no fault of my own, I was involved in a small fender bender where the other person's…read moreinsurance covered me. I opted for Brian's because of the good reviews on Yelp, and because of its proximity to where my place used to be. From start to finish, the people here were great. Of course, the insurance covered the car rental, as well as fixing my bumper, so I can't speak much about if there pricing is comparative or better than other's because I didn't need to do any kind of price comparison. From the outside, there was a 2-3" dent from the car that hit me, which ended up costing something like $400-450 from insurance because there was more damage than there appeared to be from the outside. Brian's completed the job in a timely manner, which simply meant in the allotted time that I was covered for the car rental. When I got my car back, it was also cleaned and vacuumed, which I was very impressed with. I try not to have a terribly messy interior, but I must admit that I don't vacuum it out as much as I should. I was very thankful that they included that in the cost of the repairs. It wasn't until a couple of weeks later that I reached for some change when I realized that all the change I had in that little divet next to the window control was gone. It was also gone from the other side of the car as well. I searched through the interior, thinking maybe they'd put it in the glove compartment or something, but every cent had been removed. I imagine that they cleaned the car and simply forgot to give me my change back, and it was only a few dollars, but if I had passed through a toll and not had change, well... Let's just say that would have been an embarrassing situation since I don't generally keep cash on hand. It's why I like to keep a few dollars worth of change in my car when I'm traveling, so I suggest if you also keep change in your car to remove it to your glove box before getting it worked on and cleaned. Regardless of that little instance, I would still highly recommend Brian's. A lot of mechanics talk down to women, and no one at this establishment did that. They kept me informed every step of the way, including when they realized the damages were more severe than they initially appeared. They knew my insurance was covering it, and yet they still gave me that courtesy call, which I really appreciated.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!…read more Before and if you decide to leave your vehicle here...BEWARE. What you expect is not necessarily what you may receive. I dropped off vehicle Sunday 11/27 for service start of 11/28. In my experience...as told to me by owner/manager Jay service can be completed same day if vehicle dropped off early a.m....or worse case by the end of the week Friday 12/2....then it was possibly Tuesday 12/6 of the new week. What I learned is this shop was in the process of training a new individual to paint vehicles. That means there was a staffing shortage. That means owner/manager should have let me know that when he first became aware of his staffing issue. But he did not. I phoned him two times within the week of 11/27 because I saw that my vehicle was still in the same parking spot where I dropped it off on Sunday 11/27 and not being serviced in the time frame he indicated. And although he said he would call me to confirm when vehicle would be complete....he did not. When I phoned him, I learned that my vehicle was 5th in line to be serviced. The point here is that Jay sat on my vehicle for 6 days knowing he did not have adequate staffing to complete the paint job on my truck and others I'm sure. As a first time customer, he did not think enough of me to say "hey we are backlogged with our paint jobs." How do you want to proceed? Maybe I could have located another shop to do the job in those days I lost with him. Instead he said nothing. Maybe that's his way of doing business....maybe he did not want to lose a sale or maybe he has so much business that mine did not matter....either way, it was wrong how he handled the situation and now I understand why a previous review complained about this very same issue. Again....BEWARE.
