10/10 highly recommend this was the best customer experience I have ever had. They fixed my car in like 3-4 business days that's the quickest I have ever had my car fixed they will definitely be my go to from now on. They even delivered my vehicle to me so I didn't have to figure out a way to get up there or go back and forth trying to get the vehicle back home. The Snellville location is not one that needs to remain open. It took three trips to get my car, and the first trip was blatant lack of care. I went to pick my car up the week of the 1st, after being there almost a month at that point. They had put pieces back on my car that were clearly broken, I could put my hand through the busted wheel well liner, the ground effects on the front were cracked on the bottom and the nose trim was broken and clearly visible. Some of the parts that were broken, I had to lay on the ground to see. They charged my insurance for the parts that were not replaced. The paint was orange peeled, rippled. I pointed this out the first trip and they did not touch it, removed the marker that circled it to show the issue. The last trip, yesterday to pick it up, the paint was repaired. There was a piece of trim pointed out on the second trip that was loose, they glued it to the lower ground effect trim, so it didn't move but was not "fixed". My auto dim on my car currently doesn't work, found that out this morning. The hood does not align correctly, but I'm tired of dealing with this location and will not use them again for any repairs and will tell people I know and my insurance company about this experience. read more

I got into a car accident 1 day before I was going to trade in my 2018 Subaru Forrester to the dealership. The back hatch door had to be replaced as well as the back window. I spoke to Holly the manager. I told her I was in a bind. I cant trade in my car until this is fixed. I asked her if there was anyway she could do the repairs in 2 weeks? They had it completely fixed in 10 days. It looked great and you would never know that it was in an accident. 5 star for sure. I also brought my dog with me when I picked up my car. This is the 2nd time I've gotten my car fixed here after a wreck! Both times they fixed my car as fast as possible. They even vacuumed my car out before picking it up which I wasnt expecting. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like a burden. I was told I could come in for an estimate, when I got there I told the woman at the desk I was the one who called and she said "oh I didn't check the time" I said I could come back if it was too late but she said it was fine. Alfred was my estimator and he made me feel so uncomfortable throughout the entire process. I was very polite but I guess I was a huge inconvenience for him. Everyone knows that the dealership can be unreasonable but when I explained to him what Volkswagen told me about what was going on with my car he said "well why didn't you go to volkswagen" he clearly did not want my business. He also put his hand up for me to stop talking at one point. There are many other great caliber locations I would recommend like the ones in Covington and conyers but not this one. I received frequent updates and when I needed to retrieved my car they were willing to accommodate me with my schedule. We had our 4runner towed to Caliber Collision after our accident in October 2020 since they were the only preferred vendor for our insurance company near our home. It is now January 2021 and we are still waiting to get our car back from them. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare because of their poor communication skills. We have repeatedly asked when our car will be fixed and are always told a new date of when to expect our car back. We have been told about 8 different dates as a potential pick up day. Today we were finally told that they would personally deliver the car to our home, and I thought Hooray! Finally, a moment of happiness. And then 30 minutes later they demanded that we pay them the deductible before they would even drive the car over to our house. Keep in mind, we have not seen the car, and have no idea as to whether or not the car is actually fixed properly. I've spoken to several people with caliber ( Denny? Maybe Danny in Fayetteville, GA? And someone by the name of Chandler) including the regional manager Seth Tartley and absolutely no one has been helpful. During our numerous conversations, no one ever even mentioned that we would have to pay the deductible before getting the car. I just thought they would bill us later. Even when speaking to the regional manager on the phone, he seemed like he really didn't care about getting us our car back. I proposed something very reasonable, that they let us inspect the car first, and then have someone ready to accept our payment once we've seen with our own eyes that the car has been properly fixed. They acted like that couldn't be done, and they would have to move mountains for this to happen. Keep in mind that this is a huge auto collision repair shop with multiple locations, it's absolutely insane that they don't have an online payment portal and still rely on a physical person running a credit card through a machine. The amount of attitude in their tones, when I told them it was crazy that they demand I pay for something I haven't even seen yet was really concerning. I kept getting the feeling that I was being scammed, and it was just really unsettling. I hope no one else ever gets into an accident and is forced to use them like I had to. And if you are unfortunate enough to be forced to use them, I hope they treat you with a little more respect and actually communicate with you and don't repeatedly lie to you over and over again. read more
