The BEST auto body work AND customer service! I've used them twice and each time they continue to amaze me with the professionalism and "above" expected work. My recent visit was because my car was side swiped. They gave me a date of 1-20 for delivery. I got a call from Sherry on 1-17 saying it was probably going to be done by 1-18. 1-18 I get the call its finished. I picked it up and it looks perfect! (To prove the "above and beyond expected - when I dropped my car off, it was a mess inside due to just coming back from a road trip....picked it up....the car was detailed & washed. Sept 26,2019 My 2018 Sonata was involved in an accident on Sept 4 and I chose to have it taken to Caliber collision to be fixed. I didn't know anything about this place at the time but was very nicely surprise right from the beginning. they picked my car up helped with rental and got me in quickly. John and his staff were all very nice helpful and kind. They kept me informed from beginning to end,I always knew what was going on with parts repairs and delivery of my car. While out to dinner Saturday evening some careless person scratched my brand new 2021 Camaro 2SS convertible. I took it over to Caliber Collision for an estimate to have the rear fender repaired & repainted. Richard and Byron took a look at it and determined that the scratch hadn't penetrated the clearcoat and were able to remove the scratch in its entirety in short order! From my initial service request to final delivery of my 4Runner, everyone was great to work with. Maria provided me regular status updates and the vehicle was returned to me on time with no issues. I remember my dad using Caliber Collision in the past. Only needed a side view mirror painted so I took it there. Michelle and John were so easy to work with. Both were friendly and very helpful. I had a few dings on my driver's side fender I wanted taken out. But instead of incurring an expensive repair to take them out, John suggested I go to the dealer and buy some touch up paint and he would apply it for me. I ordered and got the paint and just as he said he came out and put the paints on the dings. Now I barely notice the dings and it kept some money in my pocket. Thanks John and Caliber. read more
