They told me they were going to replace parts that don't need to be replaced at all, as well as they might even have to total my car. My car is currently valued at over 30k with about 6k worth of damages. Totaling my car is an absolute scam, and although they do have good reviews, there are also lots of reviews saying basically the same thing I'm saying here, but thank GOD I got out before working with them or signing anything. What really drove me away though was the fact that the person who did my "estimate" wasn't even a tech, and was extremely inconsiderate and rude. My car is fairly new so of course I was upset about the damage, and was just looking to get an idea of what a repair would look like. The woman kept reiterating "wow, this is a new car" over and over again after I told her multiple times that I was very upset regarding damage to a new car and nicely explaining that "yes, I understand it is a newer car." It felt as though she was belittling me the entire time, and then quoted me almost 20k worth of damage. When I expressed that I felt that was high, she insisted that if I went anywhere else that I would be making a mistake and accused me of trying to "cheap out" on a repair. She kept trying to tell me that I should go with them because they are "Honda certified" but there are plenty of other Honda certified repair shops that didn't quote me near this much or treat me with such inconsideration. Fortunately or unfortunately, I've had cars repaired before and I'm not naive to the process but this was hands down THE most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

This was the worst experiene ever! A 16 year old boy hit me and his father was taking care of all…read moreissues. Not going thru insurance company as to alleviate insurance surging. He recommended this company as he had used it. The driver back door had to be replced and some other issues around that. First time I went to pick it up, the bottom half of door was not painted. The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business.
