The guy I dealt with was Isaac. He suggested that I keep my vehicle over the weekend since it wasn't too much damage. I brought it back Monday after work. Have dealt with Calliber Collision on two occasions for Caddillac Repairs. Handle on a SRX didn't work correctly. Their response move it around to open door. Cadillac ATS paint was done incorrectly, pain has bubbles and it shows cracks. Their error but they will not provide a rental car while they correct their mistake. Will not recommend this body shop to anyone. read more

Went to Caliber Collusion based on my AAA insurance recommendation. The were fantastic! They gave me a quote but the cost to fix would be less than my deductible. So Johnnathan, service rep, asked Adrian, mechanic, for a favor and just fixed it pro bono. It's a temporary fix but still very thankful. A little while ago my cousin and I got into a crash and someone hit us head on making our 2017 Chevy 2500 HD unrecognizable. Took it to Caliber Norco where Daniel worked on it and made it brand spanking new. When he got done with it Manuel gave it a wash, polish, and detail so fine you would think he invented the "Wax on/ Wax off method" portrayed in the original Karate Kid. I had my car taken to caliber in Norco in hopes of getting it fixed unfortunately I had to take it else where. While my car was there Selena Navarro was very helpful when it came to explaining the process and getting me information. While my car was there Manuel Navarro was also very helpful allowing me to get things that I needed from my car while reassuring me my car was going to be taken care of while there. Selena also helped after my car was moved by proving me with papers that was needed for a police report. Thank you caliber your employees are amazing! I had an accident in Riverside County in April/2013 and my insurance company at the time referred me to Caliber Collision (Norco). Caliber was incredible. Although it took over 3 weeks to get my car repaired, (thanks to things like my car getting broken into at Kia of Riverside when it was sent there with parts for electrical repair. Yup.) Caliber was nothing but apologetic, and helpful. I didn't have rental coverage with my insurance so 3 weeks out of pocket is a lot to bare but Robert the Manager at Caliber graciously helped pay a portion of that. Jump forward to February 2014 and the malfunction indicator light comes on in my car. I've got a Kia Soul and the lack of customer support from Kia Corporate has been shockingly disappointing and frustrating. I'll social media that experience next. Took my car to Kia HB and that was a joke, took my care out of there to Kia Cerritos and they wouldn't touch my car because they thought the repair could possibly be accident related and directed me to take it to Kia Riverside. On the way back to work from there I started smelling something like burnt electrical tape and an awful ticking noise in the engine. I wasn't about to drive this car 40 miles with a smell of something burning. I called Kia Corporate and asked that they help with the tow because Cerritos sent me away and they said no. I called Kia Riverside and asked if they could help with the tow and they said no. I called Caliber because Kia HB and KIA Cerritos best guess was this was accident related so I figured it was worth a shot to see if they could help tow my car to Kia Riverside. Spoke to Robert and he said absolutely, no problem. Arranged for a tow right away. My car was out of commission for over 3 weeks and come to find out it was ALL warranty related. Had nothing to do with my previous accident. Robert contacted me after I got my car back to ask how it was running and how the service was through Kia Riverside. I thanked him for calling and checking up on me and the service I got through Kia Riverside (which was excellent!) and figured he would be asking for reimbursement of the tow. He said the tow was on him. He covered the expense because he felt It was the right thing to do. I was having such a horrible experience thus far. Just when you think customer service and helping someone who is in need are things of the past, you get surprised. Again, I couldn't be more thankful or appreciative for the generosity of Robert at Caliber. If you have an accident or need body work for whatever reason and Norco is close to you. Take your car to Caliber and ask for Robert. You will not be disappointed. THANK YOU ROBERT a million times!!! I'll forever suggest you and Caliber for car repair. =) read more

These other reviews had me worried when USAA recommended this place, but now they seem pretty harsh. We had nothing but a pleasant experience with the people at Caliber, and our car came back better looking than even before the accident (partly thanks to some shiny new headlights on my old Honda). The repairs were done in a timely manner... 9 or 10 days. I wasn't really keeping track. After reading the reviews above, I decided I would not pester them about the turnaround and let them do their job. It's the same with any business, really. A little patience and courtesy goes a long way. They even called us to provide updates on every step of the process, from the diagnosis, to ordering the parts, to painting, assembly, and completion. If your car still has problems after an accident, welcome to reality. Over the years, I've also been to Morey's a few times across the street and I never got my car back without issues of some kind. Ed came out, looked at it and began to give me nonsense about how much everything need to be replaced and change and paint everything. This shop is horrible. Do not take your car here. They didn't repair my car properly the first time. I had to go back to get these creaking noises coming out of the front right suspension fixed. Tommy, the service guy was nice enough to meet me at the shop on a Saturday to fix it. He said the springs in the suspension were rubbing together and he fixed it. 2 months later, the noises came back. When I called the shop for Tommy, I learned he's no longer there so I asked to speak to the manager. This guy Nick refused to accommodate me even though I told him this is the 3rd time my car needed fixing because they did a horrible job. I told him I know exactly where the problem is and I just need someone to look at it either on a Saturday or any weekday around 6:30 since I work far from Norco. Nope, Nick the manager won't budge. He said they close at 6pm on week days and close all weekend. He expected me to lose time and pay at work so I can bring my car to them to try and fix their mistake for the 2nd time. And to think, their recording while you're on hold on the phone talks about how great their service is and how you get up-to-the-minute repair status updates and how they're going to make you whole and your car back to 100%. NOPE! None of these ever happened to me. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This is not the proper way to treat a customer. read more

I went in and had an estimate in January- $780. Today I finally had time to take my car in for the repairs - all awhile in constant communication with them and the estimate magically increased to $1400- ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? The guy tried to tell me he was reviewing the estimate and they missed a few things LOL did I have stupid written on my forehead. So my price doubled! Sounds like Insurance Fraud or theft to me. Needless to say I told them I no longer felt comfortable leaving my car and I left! Back to square one. Can't flipping trust anyone anymore. read more

Unfortunately our insurance company sent us there but we were able to go to the Caliber Collision on Indiana Ave in Riverside which has proven to be a totally different experience. The estimator there is awesome and a pleasure to work with. They took our vehicle in & started working on it right away. So glad we are not at the Norco location as I am sure if the estimator is an indication of the work they do we would not have been satisfied! The guy needs an attitude adjustment. read more

Great experience, they were easy to talk with and I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of us with our 2014 Chevy Silverado. Had a really bad day by getting my windshield smashed by a 18 wheeler when a metal pipe fell off the trailer. Only had 800 miles on my Jeep. I took it to Caliber Collision in Norco and Jake and company did a fantastic job. I also had a gash on my hood and they color matched it perfect. Delivered my Jeep when promised.
