Ok. I admit, I suffered a brief brain bloop and found myself uttering some pretty bad words as I witnessed (in slo-mo) my right front fender crumple into a vehicle I hadn't seen coming. But, midst all the ensuing guilt, I was grateful I had great insurance. Two out of the three repair shops they suggested for my loyal steed's makeover were Caliber Collision Centers. Impressive. California law says I was under no pressure to choose any of their recommendations; I could go anywhere I pleased. But I immediately let my insurer know that I would be choosing Caliber. I know of the Caliber name because of their solid reputation with upscale car sales. While still on the phone with me, my USAA case manager pushed a button and, bingo, I started receiving automated text messages and emails from Caliber. Wow. This enabled me (on a Saturday after everything was closed) to schedule an appointment online for Monday. Very impressive for both USAA (my insurer) and Caliber. They did a great job of putting me at ease in what was, regrettably, an unfortunate set of events. Incredible customer service, efficiency, kindness, and outstanding communication here. They were real professionals. And the location impressed me as being quite clean and classy. Part of their complimentary service includes transportation, either to my home or to a rental car agency. Nice to know even though I didn't need it. This special coddling was exactly what the doctor ordered to unruffle my feathers. Monday morning, I was in Caliber's waiting room talking, signing papers, and turning over my keys. In spite of this being Christmas week, we were all in sync and fired up to get 'er done quickly. The next day, they notified me of the extent of damage and what they would be billing. Turns out it was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. Trustworthy? Honest? It sure felt that way! I only needed to give them verbal approval to start the work. Considering there were two big holidays thrown in the mix, I really could not complain. They gave me a completion date of 5 working days. Sure as shootin', my car was ready on New Year's Eve. She sparkled, both inside and out. They had detailed her so beautifully, she looked like she had just rolled off the dealer's lot. Well, maybe could have used slightly less Armor-All on the floor mats, as my shoes had no traction as I tried to get into the car, very non-gracefully. I took my Toyota Camry to Caliber by recomendation of my insurance Co. I had the worst experience anyone could have. After repairs I received my car with the under piece of the back bumper not fiting correcctly and showin a gap on the right end, the back bumper side was loose and a huge gap all around the tunk lid. I spoke with Dany, he corrected both issues on the bumper and he stated that it was normal for the trunk lid to have a gap though it was about double of what the gap should be. I asked my insurance company to allow me to take my car to other body shop and was told to give Caliber Corona one more chance and to take my car to Caliber in Norco Ca, where I met Ivan. Ivan inmediatly notice the trunk lid needed to be replaced. It took me 5 trips to Caliber including 1 trip to Caliber in Norco in order for Caliber to fixed my car. After Caliber failed to fix the trunk lid on the first and second visit, I pushed my insurance company to have Caliber reinburse me for the second car rental. 1.5 months of waiting, 3 days after a text from my insurance Co case manager instructing me to pick up my reinburstment, It took me 2 trips in order to colect it. On top of all these, Dany did not come to meet me on 2 of the 5 times I was at Caliber Corona. And on my first visit to collect my reinbusment Dany did no even said hi to me at the time the reseptionist told him I was there to collect the reinsbustment. Dany's only response to the receptionist was "talk to Javier". 5 trips to have my car fixed and 2 trips to collect the reinbursment is unacceptable. ONE STAR fo all the above. Luis Velez read more

So it did take awhile for us to get the car back due to the headlight registration thru benz , only Benz was able to do it so they had it for quite a bit only thing sucks we spent over 1k alone in rentals which I guess her insurance or caliber wasn't able to compensate us for any ... due to the fact the insurance Company failed to notify my girlfriend about the policy and rental covers , either way Maria helped her through it all , total in damages was over 8k only had to come out 500$ for insurance deductible overall satisfied , because she literally only had the car no more then a week or 2 ... insurance is always helpful . read more

This is definitely the best caliber collision I've ever been to. Let me tell you a story.... On July 24th 2019, I was rear ended in stop and go traffic. This was such a shock and a pain in the butt because I have never been in an accident before. I got the guys insurance and his insurance company accepted full liability for the accident. My adjuster reached out to me and told me that this location was one of their certified auto repair locations, however if I wanted to look for my own I was more than welcome to do that. I decided to get this place a chance and just get my car fixed here. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and kind, offering me drinks and snacks while I waited in the lobby. Finally, one of their most amazing estimators, Nestor, finally came out and helped me out. He had a great attitude and personality. Customer service from him was optimal. He got me in and out because I was on my lunch break, which I really appreciated the attentiveness towards my time. I finally got my car back today, and it is in tiptop shape. If I can give them a zero I would. My husband was rear ended and took his car in to be repaired. They "inspected" the vehicle to check what damages were done and sent an estimate to the insurance. They stated only the back end needed to be repaired... A whole month and 2 weeks later we get our vehicle back, parked it at home. Next day, we noticed our vehicle was leaking..this was on a Saturday so we waited til Monday to call them since they are closed weekends. My husband calls them on Monday,(today) informs them what's going on to see if we can take it in so they can inspect it again... is told they don't have a mechanic so they NEVER inspected our whole vehicle. My husband never gave Mike an attitude nor disrespected him. We obviously are upset as any person would be if you get your vehicle back and it's leaking. He did not even offer for us to take it in. I am extremely happy with the results! My service guy was Jesse and he was great, good communication. The body guy was Fito and he did superb work! And the painter was Joe, he did an impeccable job! What can I say about this place. It's full of incompetence at every turn. Brought my vehicle in for repairs and from there on the stupidity kept going and going. First they mistakenly ordered the wrong grille extending my delay about a week. I had to personally give them the correct part number for my application. I finally pick up my car and on my way home that night my headlights are cockeyed all over the road that I can't see. Guess what they didn't align my lights so here I am pulling into a Walmart at 10pm to buy a screwdriver so I can align the lights against their dumpster. A week goes by and I wash the car and bam! My headlight is leaking like an old fishing boat. I call and I get stroked that they had to use a used light and it's not their fault. So I bring it in a second time wait a week and a half and finally get taken care of.... or so I thought.... Washed the car a month later and guess what!! The light is leaking again. Clearly it's a seal that's causing the leak but hey what do I know right! So now 3rd time back and they still can't get this fixed. So moral of the story ignore the bull$h1t plaques that say there factory certified or whatever be they try to claim they are. Skip this place and find a more competent body shop!!! read more

(This review is long overdue. I had my car fixed here back in June) My 2018 Hyundai Elantra was rear ended. I figured I'd use Caliber because of their reputation, and I wanted the best possible result. And I got nothing shy of that! My experience here was phenomenal! Danny was the one keeping my informed throughout the entire process, and Elii was the technician who oversaw the work done on my car. The entire process did take a little longer than expected, but that's because they found more frame damage and had to go through the other party's insurance. They also handled the insurance on my behalf, which was very helpful. Danny was very informative on the entire process. He even let me come and see the car in its sad dismembered state, because I was curious as to what was actually being replaced. He took the time to explain to me how the repair was being done, and that the car will still retain it's internal safety system and won't have any reliability issues. It all turned out beautifully (see pictures). And I'm just glad they were able to fix it, because this was practically a brand new car. They used all OEM parts, (except the aftermarket Genesis emblem was my doing). I would use Caliber Collision again, but hopefully I won't have to. Thanks guys! read more

My car was towed from Chino location to Corona. I didn't personally visit Corona location, but I really appreciate everything they did. Charise contacted me, and Evan was in charge of my vehicle. Both of them are professional and personable. Charise asked my preference on how I would like to be contacted. They sent me text messages and gave me phone calls on all updates. During the repair period, Evan was always on top of everything. He explained the repair process in details, and sent me update messages pretty often, so I knew what was going on. My car was towed back home this afternoon, which was much earlier than expected. The condition of my car is just as perfect as before! No trace of damage at all! They also coordinated with my insurance company, rental car company, and even took it over to the Subaru dealership, after the body work was completed,to troubleshoot why it was running so rough. Turns out it was just needed maintenance that was exacerbated by sitting so long during the repairs and car runs really great now. 2 weeks later, on my first night drive, I noticed the headlight on the repair side was out. Made an appointment to have my Mercedes EQE EV repaired for a ding and scratch. Even though they have a sign inside the location showing they are authorized Mercedes EQ repair shop, they told us that they can't work on the EQ. They should've told me that when I made the appointment and not waste my time waiting a week for my appointment and driving over to them. An elderly man who did not have insurance, license or registration backed up into my car and caused quite a bit of damage. Went through my insurance which had recommended caliber collision along with multiple options. The Caliber in Norco was awful and the reception was very rude, didn't have any opening to even take a 5min look on my car and requested a bunch of stuff... I chose this one in Corona even though it was much further because they are fast, courteous and gave me an immediate estimate when I called and allowed me to come in the same day!
