Poor service!!!! I took my car in for a collision repair and my car end up with other scratches that it didn't have before. I pointed that out to the adjusters attention and he told me to leave it for another day, two days later and no call or email from them. I then pressed with call them to ask ( because they never call u, u need to be calling them). After leaving several messages I finally go and pick up my car, and notice my car not washed and super dusty from the inside like if it was opened for days. I also noticed spray paint on the manufacturer stickers from the side of the car, mind you this is a 2023 year model. I was super upset and just wanted to get out of that place... think twice!!!! Never again!!! I will also be calling my insurance so they stop recommending costumes this place. You are better off having you kids fix your cars then this place. read more

After the unusual wet weather Southern California has experienced it has caused a lot of roads to have more pot holes than usual. While out of town, I happened to have driven over one and popped a tire and damaged a rim. I thought I was in good care taking my vehicle to Caliber Collision. Maria was assigned my case. Now, given the work was cheaper than my deductible, I was aware I would be paying the cost out of pocket, which I was fine with. With that in mind, due to the fact I already had a tire purchased at Les Schwab on the vehicle and have been a happy and pleased customer of theirs, I specifically --SPECIFICALLY-- asked the tire be purchased from Les Schwab so I may have the great warranty and service that comes with their business should something happen with the tire. I explained I already called Les Schwab and they had the tire on hold for me. That clearly went in one ear and out the other with Maria. Fast forward a couple days, I was given a quote and told the tire was cheaper at Americas Tire. $277 at Americas Tire versus $284 at Les Schwab. Not having dealt with Americas Tire, paying an extra $8 bucks, and actually ended being less after we added warranty, disposal fee, balance, grand total was $3 dollars cheaper at Americas Tire...$3 dollars then Les Schwab. So with that in mind, Caliber Collision disregards their customers request for them to save $3 dollars. No, thank you Caliber Collision. read more
