There were two areas of concern on the car, one needed significant attention later and the other he FIXED for me on the spot in 4 minutes! The best part was that he gave me an honest review of the car's exterior. He pointed out that the car had been repainted ( that fact was not disclosed by CarFax or Carvana ). He took the time to show me overspray, failed clear coat application, imperfections in paint application like dust and dimples, how the paint was applied incompletely and destroyed seals. He also show me how all the door moldings were pulled back and were not reattached professionally and would cause water damage, noise, and improper/uneven closing. He roughly estimated $3-4k worth of re-do work, not for him or his business but for me to consider while finalizing my thoughts on the purchase. Based on what PJ showed and shared with me and the trust he quickly earned with me with his knowledge and honesty, I rejected that car. Long story, short version: you can trust these guys to be honest, helpful and to care about quality. They are not in business just to make a buck but to build relationships that matter. My concern is no longer just about the original service issue. I find it extremely unprofessional for a business to respond to customer criticism by publishing internal customer information and making damaging allegations online. Tesla has since opened a formal investigation into the matter because Marshall is a Tesla Approved Collision Center.

It seems the not so qualified team of technicians at another service provider that installed these sway bars were less than stellar. The kicker was when I was told by Damon, "no charge". The team diagnosed the issue, tightened up the sway bars and even drove a couple more times after per my persistence before I picked it up. You have earned all my future vehicle repair/service work.
