Now I would never recommend them…read more First I took my car in for an estimate in December, got an estimate and was told they would order parts and should be able to fix it at the end of January. The end of Jannuary came and no call, not a word. Called them and they "miscomunicated" internally and could schedule me for March 2 - 30 days later. They called to verify a few days before the appointment and I thought I was set. I asked for a rental car because of their incompetence and Rachel the manager said she would check. She called back and said no, Regional would not allow them to do rental cars. I asked if they could rebate some of my deductable. Rachel said she would check. February 28th rolls around and Rachel calls me. They have to delay AGAIN to March 11th. Parts did not come in. I asked if she checked on the Rebate for the deductiable and again she says Regional is cutting back on this. Needless to say I cancelled and I am going to another shop. I had used Caliber at other locations and so I called them. They said they could not work with me I had to work with the Franklin location. Very disappointed in the entire crew except for the receptionist. She was always pleasant and understanding. She should be managing that location. Don't trust what they say. Followup constantly so you might get good service.

Everyone working here was super friendly and the process through Geico was very easy and super fast! They had a rental car waiting there for me when I pulled up to drop off my car. I was in and out in 20 min which was super cool and much appreciated because I had to be at work soon after! Caliber collision kept me updated on the things happening with my car. They were also kind enough to vacuum the floor mats in my car:) I will definitely be using their services again, if ever needed, which hopefully they won't be... and I mean that in the kindest way possible!

I had sideswiped a big boulder in a parking lot that left both the passenger side doors and the rocker panel at the bottom damaged. I filed a claim with Geico insurance on Mon., Sept. 21st and within hours, received a call from a Geico representative. I had decided to go with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress® program instead of choosing to get estimates by myself. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was told I could use Caliber Collisions which was located less than a mile from my house. I was set up with an appointment for the next day and was told that it would take about 1/2 hour. Because I had a car rental included in my insurance, a car and representative from Enterprise would be waiting for me at Caliber Collisions. My Geico claim was assigned to Troy Szymandera. I received a text from Troy the same day and he assured me that he would keep me updated. And he did! I was greeted by James, the service writer for Caliber. He walked around the car and talked me through repairs while assessing the damage. When finished, I was greeted by Nick from Enterprise Car Rental. He handed over the key fob for a Ford Fusion and went through standard questions re: fuel and insurance. He advised that when my car was repaired, I could just leave the rental at Caliper Collision and they would pick it up later. Between the walk around and paperwork, I was on my way home 20 minutes after I arrived at Caliber. I received texts from both Troy at Geico and James at Caliber on an almost daily basis. My car was repaired within 4 business days. To my utter surprise and delight, the passenger side looks brand new! The paint job matches the rest of the car perfectly. Caliber had detailed the inside which I normally pay over $100. They had saran wrap around the steering wheel as well as plastic and paper mats on the floors and seats. There was no chance of spreading germs during this Covid pandemic. The car was washed and has a super great wax job. This car has not looked this good since the day I bought it. The repair process was seamless by going with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress®. Partnering with Caliber Collision and Enterprise Car Rentals made this one of the best customer service experiences of my life. And that's a long, long time, because I got my license when I was 16 and I am now 70 years old!
