EVERY single person I encountered there, from the ladies at the front desk to Bruno, our estimator/coordinator, to the other employees who held the door and greeted me, to the unseen team members who did a First Ballot Unanimous Hall of Fame job on my vehicle (looks showroom good) tip top from start to finish! It's never a good time getting body work done on your car, but MAN do these folks do everything possible to take the edge off! BRAVO!!! read more

We took a 40k mile Lexus LS for a routine hail damage repair and this shop ended up causing permanent damage to the vehicle. On receipt of the finished repair, they gave us the car with a broken engine filter housing and missing filter, as well as a battery that wasn't connected. The car ended up stranding us due to the battery not being connected (the lugs were simply sitting on the terminals without being torqued). Innumerable other issues such as dozens of loose trim pieces and panel gaps, over sprayed paint, seat ECU errors, gouged leather, scratched wooden inlay, missing emblems, etc.. Anything related to the fit of the headliner has been problematic, like auto seatbelt height adjusters which are now noisy, vanity mirrors not working correctly, as well as many other items that I had to track down and document. The headliner was roughed up so badly that it was not able to be fixed. Communication was poor and unclear from the beginning. When I picked up the car, they argued about the quality of this work. My google review disappeared pretty quickly, hence adding a Yelp review. read more

My car was in a horrible accident. Lack of experience with tow trucks my car was held by a wreck chaser for 3 weeks. I called caliber and explained as soon as they release my vehicle they would receive it. The car was dropped off yesterday and as soon as I got to Caliber the process started. This Caliber shop is the greatest! I brought my Dodge Grand Caravan here for collision repair and they did such a great job that I also brought in my older pickup that needed a paint job. The truck looks like a new vehicle!! Yesinia, Isaiah and Edgar were all friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They also can connect you with Enterprise car rental who will pick you up and take you to your rental car. I can't say enough good things about this shop! read more

My car was hit in the side in a hit and run (I have a little Mazda 2 and it was an SUV) and decided to have insurance help me find a collision place. I'm so happy I went with Caliber! My car needed a new fender, new passenger door, back door fixed, strut replaced, and alignment. They kept in touch during the whole process, finished when they said they would and made sure I was seamlessly in and out of a rental. I definitely recommend them- though I hope I never need them again, I would definitely go to them if I have to! read more

I brought my car in to the Caliber Collision Pennsauken, NJ location on July 20th for a minor rear end collision (insurance claim already approved). I was informed that my would be worked on right away and made sure to confirm that since the Marlton, NJ location was back-logged. The parts were in stock and ordered immediately however my car sat there for 2 weeks before even being touched, they misled me about their ability to complete the job immediately. When my car was finally ready I went to pick it up to find a bubble/dirt that was painted over on my bumper where the repair had been completed. Fred assured me that all of their work was guaranteed which was nice to know even though it should have been addressed prior to me being notified to pick up my car since he told me he looked the car over himself. I was told the bumper just needed to be wet sanded and buffed and I could pick it up at the end of the day. later that day I got a call that another problem occurred while putting the bumper back on the car and it would be a few more days which turned into another week and a half. I called the location at 9am but on Aug 22 and was informed that they just had to put my bumper back on the car and I could pick it up at the end of the day. Later that day I was told it wasn't ready, again. My car has been at Caliber for 5 weeks for a very, very minor fender bender with no structural damage. I am not sure these people know what they are doing and I would NOT recommend Caliber Collision to my worst enemy. Suck a horrific experience!! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about this facility. I have been here a couple times for repairs and they are professional, considerate, and honest. My first time here I had many insurance issues and they were totally patient and sympathetic. Yesterday, I was a victim of a hit and run. A kid on an ATV slammed in to my car and left. I went to Caliber to ask if they thought the damage was worth fixing, and again was impressed with the service. Willey came out and looked at my car, and told me some of the paint would come off with nail polish remover. He offered to do it for free, and got all of it off in two minutes. It shows that they are not just trying to scam you out of your money, but actually care about their customers. I called Caliber for an estimate this morning because they're right up the street from me in Point Breeze. They said it would be 2.5 weeks before I could bring my car by for an estimate (7/12/18). Maybe they truly are that busy, which is good for them. I was dumbfounded that it would take that long for me to have someone even look at my car. Warning! DONT TRUST THIS SHOP! . They declared my car a TOTAL LOSS after a MINOR fender bender. I had a terrible experience with them and I dont want anyone else to go through what I did. I was refered to Caliber through my insurance. They approved their estimate. After turning my car over to them for repairs, I get a call from my insurance that Caliber declared it a total loss and they would cut me a check to buy another car. I asked what other options I had and was directed to call Caliber. When I told Joe(or john) I wanted to still have the car fixed, thats when the good customer service went out the window and he started talking to me with a disrespectful tone. Thats when he said, well if we go further into inspecting the car, it might be a even higher estimate (this would be the 3rd increase btw). I was in total disbelief! This car was in a minor fender bender where it hydroplaned at a low speed into another cars back bumper. No air bags deployed. No injuries ..no lawsuits.. BUT suddenly my american car was only worth parts and scrap metal. Mind you--Im still driving a car involved in a accident where I was hit by a police car (Crown Vic mind you) chasing a suspect at a high rate of speed. The back was smashed in. There was a lawsuit. But--that wasnt a total loss!! BUT my Ford with a cracked bumper is ??? REALLY?? HIs demeanor changed when I asked about having it fixed. He was rude and unproffessional. I had no reason to get my Husband involved until that point but when I did, I notice the tone changed. Was it because I was a WOMAN?? Was I being treated this way because I'm BLACK?? or because I'm OLDER?? I took a few days to decide what I wanted to do and ultimately decided to take my car back to have the repairs done by a shop that I chose and that I trusted. Unfortunately for me, I have to put ALL the money up front to fix it, because they declared it a total loss. Then I'll have to take it to Penn Dot and have it reinspected and given a salvage title. In the end my insurance co states they will limit the insurance i can get on it. AFter all of that--then I'll be reimbursed by my insurance co. Soooo--Im screwed ultimately. Thank you Caliber! And BTW--I'm fighting that decision. The day I called to let them know I was going to be picking up my car, the secretary got nasty with me and told me I would be charged for taking the car apart and putting it back together even though joe(or John) told my Husband there would be none. Soooo my Husband got back on the phone again and asked to speak with him. Leen got on the phone instead and let us know there wouldnt be. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR! I dont know if they have a deal with the salvage yard or they wanted it for parts but the whole experience felt like a SCAM! Im definitely taking this to any news outlet and social media platform that will listen. I dont want anyone else to go through what I did. In early December my car had an unfortunate altercation with a guard rail on Lincoln drive. Cue Caliber Collison and the pain of the next 6 weeks. Let's start with the good. Joe is an employee of Caliber Collision, I can't be certain what Joe does for Caliber but he was the person calling me daily for several weeks, offering explanations for why my car was once again delayed. (More on that later) Joe was a saint. He patiently explained ever issue/mishap, never failed to call when he promised he would and always had a pleasant attitude. Now - The Bad (as concisely as possible.) Car gets towed to Caliber, they give me an initial estimated return of 12/20. No problem (great even!) so I know it'll be back before Christmas. Then the trouble begins. I hear back on 12/20 for the first time, Bad news! The car can't be picked up due a strut that never arrived. Then the strut came in bent, there was an issue with a knuckle,MULTIPLE broken tire pressure gauges, alignment issues,etc. The saga went on and on. Every time I thought I was hours away from picking up my car, I was informed we were delayed once again. I finally pick the car up on 1/11 and the alignment is off and it has to go back to the shop. Everything about this process was painful. Even during the final moments of pick up, it was a struggle. They couldn't find the keys to the car blocking mine in so I waited...and waited. I'm serious, I think the whole shop was searching for these keys at some point. Caliber has a staff of polite people but I could absolutely never recommend them based on how many things went wrong and how painful the process was. read more

My car was repaired using the Geico Xpress program and once the repairs were complete I picked up my car to find the passenger mirror camera was not aimed (Honda Lanewatch). I returned and the camera was aimed and fixed. After driving I realized although the camera was aimed it was not aimed correctly. I took the car back a third time and was told the aiming was correct and there was nothing further they would do. Although the front desk receptionist is one of the nicest people you will meet, the associate I spoke with was rude and argumentative. They refused to fix the aiming despite how I explained it was done incorrectly. Pictures attached show the Lanewatch lines on the camera aimed at the sky and not the road like they are supposed to be. Will be taking my car to Honda to have it corrected. read more

No phone calls for updates. Had to call and when I went in to pick up, was told tomorrow. Went in following day and not ready despite another text update that it was ready yesterday. Long story short... My car got broken into on a Tuesday, and instead of taking the $10 dollars in the car or the other sunglasses worth $170, they took a dashcam that was going out and had chants on it. That dashcam was actually cursed so I kinda-sorta feel bad for the bad juju the dickhead has on himself now and his family. He should have known as I actually have a real voodoo doll in the car. Now the devil should speak to him in his dreams. Anyways, there was glass everywhere within my car that shattered from my driver's window. When I say everywhere, it was everywhere. It was messier than peeing with morning wood while standing up and feeling light-headed. Too much info? Good! Because these guys cleaned up my mess well. I was looking for a shop that could fix up my window. I went through my insurance company and they gave me a list of places. I told them, "Caliber." My insurance hooked me up and sent out a tow truck with this cool dude aboard. I ended up going with the tow guy to Caliber and I let them know my situation. Keith was my service guy and he gave me a time frame of Friday. I needed my car back by Thursday as I had to leave. Guess what? Keith went out of his way and took care of me. He had me in my car by Thursday. The thing about my car is apparently they don't have any aftermarket glass for my car from ANYWHERE within the United States. I didn't care that my glass was aftermarket. I only cared that I actually had a working window. No matter, Keith hooked me up and expedited the services for me and it was well worth it. When I got my car back, it was mad clean. I couldn't recognize my car. It was like one of those before and after commercials on Hydroxycut. I was rather amazed. The inside of my car had that nice new car smell too. The glass was good as new and it worked as normal. Shoutouts to Keith for hooking me up. These guys are great. Tip: If you haven't already, a good tip is to park somewhere dark and out of the way so your windows can be broken into just to allow you the chance to experience the awesomeness of the services these guys provide. I originally left a great review for Caliber Collision as the body work performed was great, and I had aftermarket LED headlight bulbs due to how dark it is out here in the boon docks. Well anyway whomever put my original bulb back in the driver side headlight assembly somehow snapped the cooling fan off the back of the bulb which caused the bulb to overheat and melted the solder holding the wires to the circuit board, burning out the light. My rep from Calibre assured me he was ordering the direct replacement from Amazon and would let me know when it came in. A month and a half goes by and I hear nothing. So I call him and he says it was ordered, but he did not know where it was. That he would call me back; but 2 weeks go by again and I still hear nothing. I call back again and I am told that the bulb came in, but came in broken (this excuse was used once before on a part) It has been a couple of weeks again and again I have heard nothing. The last time I spoke to Someone I explained to them that I am tired of being pulled over by the police just because I went to the local parts store and purchased a replacement headlight and it is very dim compared to the passenger side and the police pull me over to let me know I guess thinking their maybe an electrical issue it is very annoying and a hassle. I called today and was told I would have a call back today I explained to the lady who answered my issue, she assured me either her or Chris would call me back right away. well to no surprise again no return call!! read more

I had gotten my estimates from this place when it was under a different name and was impressed by the professionalism however that soon changed when I went back to get the actual work done on my car. I scheduled 2 weeks back as they mentioned they were busy and couldn't get me an appointment to drop off the car. The appointment was made however when I went to drop off the car, they mentioned that they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me. They kept saying "I am not sure who you talked to" and proceeded to tell me that I would have to schedule another appointment to drop off the car. This time it would be 3 weeks out. I also asked them to clarify why I needed an appointment to drop off the car as I was willing to leave the car there as I live nearby, and they couldn't exactly tell me. They blamed car part ordering, safety (they have a gated parking lot), and Geico service contract agreements (couldn't exceed 2 days work as per the estimate??) In the end, I just decided to go to another body shop that can simply get customers in that have appointments and are willing to work with the customer and not simply say "not sure who you talked to". read more

Worst Experience of my life - my daughter car was hit while parked - took her car here repairs - not only did they have the car for 3 weeks when I picked it up - the car broke down within 5 blocks of leaving the collision center - when I called to let them know the car broke down they told me I had the car towed in that way - which was a lie because i drove the car there myself - it ran perfectly fine not one thing wrong with it - literally was inspected one week before it was hit. They were extremely Unprofessional and Uncooperative. Not only did they take care of the work quickly and got me back my car in time to drive for the holidays, the job was well done. My car looks better than it did before the damage! Spoke to the manger and he provided terrible customer service. He advised us the cars diagnostic would not cost any money as his buddy usually does favors for him and probably would not charge for it. We received a call back from the manger advising the car would cost $50 dollars for the diagnostic. The manger claims he never said it would probably not cost any money. The manger was rude, talked over us, and could not remember what he advised in a previous conversation. Very disappointed with this shady business practice. read more

Keith went above and beyond to make sure that not only my car was fixed to a high standard, but provided beyond professional quality and friendly service. In a pinch, I brought my vehicle in after noticing my bumper wasn't properly secured after getting work done elsewhere. I called a number of other body shops locally who all said it would be a few weeks. With a long trip planned for the upcoming holiday I took a chance on brining it over to Caliber. Keith and the Caliber team greeted me right away, brought my car right back into the shop, secured my bumper and sent me on my way within 15 minutes. While sitting in the waiting area, I couldn't help but notice how friendly everyone on their team was for 7 AM on a Monday morning. I've been to the old collision care twice and the new caliber collision once, the staff are always friendly and easy to work with. Anytime I call they are always professional and prompt. They are great with the little details that make your experience go above and beyond such as they remember your name so they can quickly pull up your information if you call/walk in, they wash and vacuum your car, go over everything that they'll be doing and send you updates. I drove my Scion xD to this shop for minor repairs . My driver side mirror ( with turn signal on mirror )was ripped off and back bumper was torn.,. I was told at the time that the shop was busy and they would send it to one of their other shops that they use.. Forward 14 days later, my car was ready. My wife picked up the car and a few blocks away from shop, the car lost most of it's power (power steering and brakes), and the dashboard was all lit up , she knew that something was wrong.. She made it another mile or 2 and the car completely died.. I Called the shop and they sent a tow truck to pick it up and take it back to the shop. I I talked to Joe, whom I assume was the owner. He stated that I would need a new alternator and the car had a history of stalling ( this car never stalled once in the 9 yrs of ownership)and that they did not work on any electric or motor parts in the car and that it is not their fault.. this is also what they told the insurance company(Allstate).. This company had my perfectly running car(was inspected 1 month previous) for 14 days and had the audacity to say it was nothing they did.. They lied to us because they did have to work on something electrical (mirror which was ripped off) To sum it up, I drove a perfectly running car to this shop for auto body repairs and received back a car that didn't run. Which in turn cost me 790.00 (alternator + battery) to have repaired because the insurance co took the word of this shop. Needless to say I wouldn't even give them 1 star out of 5.. totally ridiculous and unprofessional. read more

Once again my day has been ruined by Caliber Collision.. Originally they said it would be done Monday. Then it was Wednesday morning. Then Wednesday afternoon, and now it is Thursday and they're saying 4 pm today. Are you freaking kidding me!!! So how am I getting to work today? Who knows, not sure yet. Shop sent my car to another shop to complete the repairs yet promised to be responsible and primary contact for repair work. They appraised my car at an unrealistically low price and refused to let me take my car off without signing a form that had nothing to do with what they had to do. I had damaged my rear bumper, and needed my car fixed asap. I was leery of garages and body shops, because you always wonder if they are going to try and rip you off. I discovered Caliber Collision through my insurance company's recommendation, and am glad I chose them! Everyone at the body shop was very friendly and helpful. Keith took care of me, and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of, and that my car was returned to me good as new. Although the damage to my car only involved the rear bumper, he and his team took care of other minor detailing work to get rid of some dings and scuff marks, without charging me. My car was recently hit while parked on the street and my insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision. I was happy to talk to such polite and understanding representatives and they did a good job at keeping me informed on the progress. My main complaint is that my previous front bumper had a license plate holder on it from my time living in another state and I asked that they NOT put it back on as I no longer had any need/desire for it. They told me no problem, that they never put the front license plate holder back on until the customer arrives and they approve, and they noted in my paperwork that is was NOT to be put back on. When I arrived, of course, it was attached to the new bumper. I voiced my dissatisfaction and the representative told me he could take it off if I wanted - I declined since they had to drill into the bumper to attach it and I didn't want to drive around with a brand new bumper with two holes drilled into it. Instead of apologizing for the mistake he told me it would be good to prevent other cars from hitting my bumper (eye roll). He said I would be getting a survey and it reflected on his entire team's work and then offered me a $20 gift card. After paying $1,000 deductible and having no car for 10 days your $20 bribe means nothing to me. read more
