Brandon, a gem of a person, was incredibly kind, thoughtful and honest in every aspect. First, at other shops I was quoted a 4 day minimum repair. Dynamic offered overnight turnaround service which I needed as I was leaving the state two days later. Upon replacing my bumper (with a certified part from the manufacturer at aftermarket cost) found a small mistake in the paint color. Instead of ignoring, he called me and let me know that he couldn't release my car to me until he made it right. His team stayed late, took it back apart and redid the entire job with upgraded paint materials (at no cost) overnight to achieve perfection. Incredibly grateful for the huge savings, kind and compassionate human connection, and unfettered honesty. You've won't my business. 10/10 would recommend.

After 5 days of your car sitting... They submit an initial estimate to your insurance, then wait for approval. After that, they finally bring your car in and start tearing it down -- in my case, about a week after I had already dropped it off. Even more frustrating, they still didn't have a clear or final estimate after all that time. So your car just sits there while you're left in the dark about what's actually happening, what it's going to cost, or how long it will take. There is a serious lack of transparency and communication throughout the entire process. If you value your time and want clear expectations, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Well I went and picked my car up and drove it home. I hadn't gotten 2 blocks away and heard some clunking under the car so I pulled off the road and started investigating. The under carriage wasn't even bolted together and was dragging. In my search I noticed the wheel well cover was also missing. What a joke this place is. I will never do business here again.

I contacted the customer service representative for Larry H Miller, Julie Davis, and after hearing my concerns, she informed me that the Larry H Miller Collision Center no longer wanted to have me as a customer!!! I waited 4 months, was told many different version of the truth, had no communication and was then fired as a customer! This is not the Larry H Miller company I have known for years. I would NOT recommend doing business with any Larry H. Miller company under its current leadership. They do not care about the customer. Very disappointed.

My car was in an accident and the trunk wasn't fully sealed. One of the owners gave me a quote and said they could get the trunk sealed. When I came back later in the day to pick up my car, it was in worse condition than when I left it. The trunk was not sealed, it had a hard time opening, there were plastic shavings all over (idk what they were cutting without talking to the customer first?), AND there was a 3in strip of paint that was chipped off along with a little bend in the metal. When I told them that paint damage wasn't there before, they didn't believe me until I proved it with pictures I had luckily taken before. After going back and forth they said they would fix the paint damage and return the car to the condition it was when I brought it in, but I would need to go to a different shop to have the original problem fixed! They told me to come back the next day to pick up my car. After I left, I forgot something in my car so I returned to get it and overheard the owners swearing about me and my car! Also, of course they didn't spend the time or effort needed to fix the paint damage they caused and they only painted the few damaged inches leaving it slightly mismatched from the original paint. Overall, very unprofessional owners, and the work they did made my car worse than when I had originally brought it in.
