It turns out the problem was just a bracket, and they accurately diagnosed it right away. The team here is very professional and honest. They didn't try to upsell me or suggest unnecessary repairs. Instead, they quickly identified the exact problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for trustworthy and skilled service!

The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders, new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

This accident ended with my wife being driven by ambulance to ER and with extensive damage to her new car--including both passenger-side doors being pushed inside of the car. My wife is still recovering from the accident, but her car, in her words, "looks better than it did when we bought it and drove off dealership lot". Metro towed her car to shop, provided a loaner vehicle, did "better than new" work, and were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I referred my older brother to them, whose Tacoma just got hit and has hood damage. He dropped off his car on Friday and so far his experience has been equally positive. If there were higher than a 5-star, they would get it and I highly recommend Metro! Val

My car was in an accident and the trunk wasn't fully sealed. One of the owners gave me a quote and said they could get the trunk sealed. When I came back later in the day to pick up my car, it was in worse condition than when I left it. The trunk was not sealed, it had a hard time opening, there were plastic shavings all over (idk what they were cutting without talking to the customer first?), AND there was a 3in strip of paint that was chipped off along with a little bend in the metal. When I told them that paint damage wasn't there before, they didn't believe me until I proved it with pictures I had luckily taken before. After going back and forth they said they would fix the paint damage and return the car to the condition it was when I brought it in, but I would need to go to a different shop to have the original problem fixed! They told me to come back the next day to pick up my car. After I left, I forgot something in my car so I returned to get it and overheard the owners swearing about me and my car! Also, of course they didn't spend the time or effort needed to fix the paint damage they caused and they only painted the few damaged inches leaving it slightly mismatched from the original paint. Overall, very unprofessional owners, and the work they did made my car worse than when I had originally brought it in.

I stopped in on 27th so they could assess the damage and they told me that the muffler was hitting my tire and I couldn't drive it, they called enterprise car rental and had someone come pick me up and get me setup with a rental. I received a call on the 14th right before closing saying they had my car ready and they'll be open on Monday to pickup. My jeep looked exactly like it did before the accident and he said I was all set, nothing else was required on my end. Super easy and painless process. Best of all that my parts actually arrived months before they estimated.

They said to bring in my car the next Monday as that's when the parts they ordered would arrive. Between that time and the next Monday my car began to have overheating issues which I thought could have been caused by the crash, because of that I told them I would need a tow. They said they could tow it that Monday, but did not get it until that Wednesday. Regardless of that, a month goes by when this was originally supposed to take a couple weeks max. I didn't receive any updates from the shop so I called to ask when it would be finished, they gave me a date and on that date I called to ask if it was done. Each time I called they would move the date back along with telling me they would give me status updates as it was being repaired. I never once received a call from Tomlinson getting an update. I was given at least 4-5 dates when it was supposed to be done and it was not done on any of those dates. The car was brought it in the middle of August and I did not get it until the end of October. The day I got my car they told me they had taken it to a mechanic and that it shouldn't have any overheating issues. I drove my car away and within 5 minutes it began to overheat. They also left the driver side door interior covered in dirt, picture included. The one good thing I have to say about Tomlinson is that the repair did look good as new. However due to the terrible communication, the repair time taking weeks longer than I was told, and the interior being left in the state it was, I would not recommended this shop to anyone.

They thrashed the adhesive on mine trying to take it off and put it back on. It no longer stays on the windshield and falls off frequently. I reached out to them and they said there was nothing they can do. We had to scrape black gunk adhesive off the new windshield and purchase additional materials to fix it. If they can't offer any solution to a problem they caused I would rather they not even try to put the dash cam back up.

After the installment they informed me that leftover glass would be in the door but would not affect the new window. A short time later I used the window for the first time, rolled it down, and it became stuck. For several days it would not budge, we even tried manually lifting it, to no avail. They had also left broken glass on the inside of my car. I brought it back into the shop and asked them to take a look at it, because it had worked perfectly beforehand. This is where my one star review comes from, because as soon as I brought it back in the employees turned hostile and unprofessional. They informed me that it was not their problem that the window was not working, but ultimately agreed to take a look at it. A few days later I received my car back and it was working, they claimed that it was working when I dropped it off, which it was not and I had attempted to use it again in their parking lot minutes before dropping it off, it didn't work. While the window now worked broken glass in the bottom was now scratching the pane as it moved. Upon asking them to fix the glass scratching the new pane they had installed they told me if the glass got scratched it wasn't their problem, they said I paid only for the pane of glass and for it to go into the car... not that it would work properly when there. After bringing up my warranty I was told about when picking my car up they aggressively and rudely said that it only applies to windshields. Which they neither told me when they gave it to me nor does it say on their website under "warranty". I was also told that this is a regular issue their customers run into, and they know that leaving glass in can damage the window regulator and scratch the glass, but that it is not their problem. The glass pane costs about $75 so for a $300 service I expect the expect the product to work as intended, not to be given back to me with high probability of failure that they both know about and are unwilling to fix. Ultimately unprofessional work with misleading claims. I am willing to change this review if the desired help is received but until then I advise not going to this company for work on car door windows, as they know their service is faulty and leads to long term problems for customers.
