DO NOT LET THIS SHOP TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND NOT PAY FOR THEIR SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP! The owner Doug is rude, and condescending and will tell you lies to appease you and then try and ignore you and not return tour calls when they damage your vehicle and don't want to pay for the repairs caused by their techs during the hail repair process. I now need a new headliner in my 2017 Volkswagen Passat, as well as a ton of other things that they damaged when repairing my hail damage. Doug will not talk to you in person after they are told by your insurance that they will not pay to fix the damage they caused. He will tell you he will fix everything and then rescind his word when he finds out how much it is going to cost. He then will threaten to sue you for slander if you say that you are going to write bad reviews! Overall a horrible experience and I regret going here and trusting them with my vehicle. Very shady business practices and even worse customer service they will blow you off and never return your phone call and even block your number at both their locations so you can't get through to anybody, ever! I will end up taking him to court to get him to repair the damage they caused! read more

STAY AWAY!!! The worst people in the business. Liars, Thieves, and total incompetent assholes. It took them 4 1/2 months to fix my car that had just one collision in the rear bumper. They told me it would just be a few weeks. I was hesitant because I drive for Lyft but they reassured me it would be done quickly. They never called me to notify of the status of my vehicle. Told me they would set up automatic text message that would let me know how far the car was in the process of being fixed. Asked them to do this, no exaggeration, 5-6 times. Basically they don't care about their customers and overall morals as a whole. Really hope they go out of business as I probably lost close to $7-10,0000 in not being able to work and having to Uber/Lyft/Lime everywhere during this time. Oh, to top it all off, they didn't fix everything. I'm now currently having to go through another shop to get my alignment done. The car might even be toast as the frame might be bent. Also, they forgot to put in my floor mat in the back seat so they stole from me. Almost didn't put on my roof rack too until I noticed it was missing when I went to pick it up. Theres also some trim in the interior that keeps falling off. The list goes on and on. Stay away from these guys! They don't deserve any business. It's almost unbelievable that people like this exist. Like Pueblo didn't already have a bad enough reputation as is. When I called to get an estimate, they told me they don't give hail estimates because the costumer cashes the check after the estimate. We as as a costumer,should have the option of an estimate, so we can choose where to take our car. We pay the money to the insurance, not you. I have always fixed my vehicles, but when your secretary told me this, it isn't a good image for your business,almost sounds like you want to upcharge the insurance, and leave the costumer out of the loop. read more

I went out of town thinking I was going to get good service, but nope!! a couple of them starting with estimate person (lady) and owner are very rude, their customer service skills lack tremendosly. They lied for month's. My car was taken Aug. 2023 did not worked on it got it back 2 month's later still damaged, then went back in March 4, 2024 and out the end of April, so really Aug-2023 until April 17th 2024 finally I got my car back. this has been one of my most horrible experiances with a business ever. The workmanship was decent up to now, some small flaws after it was put back together. I regret going to this business so bad. I tried to pull out of the contract even though they hadn't started, but they woul not want to release my car without a steep price for doing nothing. after the work was done and they had been paid half as we walked into shop asked for the keys and again the rude lady was so unprofessional and rude she would not release them just to look at the car until we paid the other half, so rude we had the check in our hands. They walked out with the work to my car like fat cats for sure!! I so wished I would've looked at the reviews before going there, lesson learned :-( read more

To make a long story short I made a mistake by using Promaster for hail dent removal. I had two vehicles to repair. When I picked up the first one the first thing I was asked to do was to sign an acceptance of work paper before seeing the car. They also wanted a favorable review posted right then and there. When we got home and had a chance to really look the car over the work was unacceptable. I left a message / email with them and they never responded. There is no way I would bring the second vehicle to them for repairs. My insurance company told me I had to have Promaster make the unacceptable work right. I would rather pay out of pocket to fix it than have them touch it again. I wish I would have read the numerous poor reviews before using them. I don't recommend them!! read more

Our family car was damaged due to multiple hail storms. Got in touch with our insurance and they sent us to Pro Masters Auto Hail Center in Highlands Ranch. We were greeted right away by Doug the CEO. Doug was trying amazing. Gave us a tour of his shop and showed us the process and the next steps. Truly felt welcome and answered all our questions. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them and would highly encourage you to come here for your hail damage. It's so easy. I would not recommended this place to anyone. I was quoted a 45-60 day completion for my hail damage on my 4Runner. I got my car 6 months later. Not once did the shop call and give status updates. I had to call multiple times to constantly be told it was in line for paint. When I got my car back, the inside sun roof cover was the wrong color, the paint job is chipping and one of the seals was not installed properly and with the rain, water leaked into the passengers side door. Also, there were still multiple dents that were not fixed. I do not trust my car going back to them and have it currently at another shop to fix these problems. They said they ordered the correct color for my sunroof cover but then said it is discontinued. Yes, they paid my deductible, but it was not worth the stress they put me through, nor the 6 months without a vehicle. read more

Stay away from this place. They are incompetent and liars. Regarding lying: their website claims they have an A+ rating from Better Business Bureau. This is a lie. Their current rating is B+, with 11 complaints. Most complaints relate to their second example of lying: they are unable to deliver the repairs within the time they estimate. Often the repairs will literally take months longer than their original promised delivery. Regarding competence, even after taking more than 4 months to "repair" a collision, their job was incomplete: steering (alignment) out of whack, and braking system problems, including flashing dashboard lights. For your sanity and safety, please take your repair job to another shop. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! When I took my car in to be estimated, I met with the service manager Steve. He assured me that as soon as they cleared everything through the insurance, they would order the parts needed for my car, then I could bring it in and it would take approximately 6 days. Very important to me , since I am from Florida and only on vacation...the check from insurance was sent to them on 6/28. I dropped my car off on July 2nd. It is now September 11th and my car is still not finished. It is not like my whole car was damaged. I had been rear-ended in my CRV and the back door needed replaced along with bumper and left lights...BE WARE of their reviews. They will give you a discount if you will give a good review!! They did great work on my car. I had hail damage that has been completely repaired. Their body work is top notch. They provided a free rental vehicle, which was awesome. They did take several months to repair my vehicle. That part was not awesome. 5 stars for the repair job. But, it took so long I bumped it down to 3 stars due to time frame. I wish they had given me a clear time frame from the start. I had the rental car for so long I had to take it in on my own time for servicing. Pro Masters did not complete paperwork for my insurance company correctly and didn't let me know there was an issue. Only after I called to check on my car did they tell me there was an issue. I called my insurance and the problem was fixed in minutes. But, it made me wonder if this had needlessly added over a month to the repair time. read more

Beware! Long read, but a good warning. I live in a small town 85 miles from Pueblo and went to Promasters to replace the rear fender, fix a scratch on the side, and repaint the tailgate on my Tacoma as we don't have many body shops with good reputations in our area. The scratch and tailgate were out of pocket and the fender was covered by insurance. I was quoted $500 for the out of pocket work. Promasters has a couple of reviews that gave me pause, particularly with the Better Business Bureau, but I got a good feel from them and the reviews were mostly good. After dropping the truck off they had it for nearly a month. They made a number of excuses about parts being hard to unbolt, and wrong parts being shipped, which I was always mellow about. When I went to pick up the truck I was informed that the $500 quote was only for the scratch on the side of the truck, and it would be another $600 to fix the tailgate. I have a written quote from their shop manager that has an annotation of him marking the $1100 price to fix both down to $500 since they would already have the paint mixed for the bed side. They refused to honor this and the shop manager would only talk to me through the lady at the front desk, not coming out to speak to me in person. In the end I talked them down to $400 for the scratch, which was more than I was planning for that, and my tailgate wasn't fixed. I then drove the hour and a half home and realized that they hadn't sprayed the bed liner back on the top of new fender, which I had specifically asked about over the phone a week before! I noticed this when I saw they replaced one of the topper bolts with a stripped out flat head screw rather than the original hex bolt. They just stuck the topper back on the truck, and I guess hoped I wouldn't notice. They seemed to be in a rush near the end as the insurance company was getting irritated about paying for my rental car so long. I called them back and they said to bring it back in Sunday (2/16/20) at 9:00 AM and they would fix the bed liner. They made the excuse that the tech who was working on the truck quite half way through the job and a new guy had to take over (not confidence inspiring). Yesterday morning I left my house at 7:00 AM and drove to their shop, arriving at 8:50. Sunday is my one day off. I waited in the parking lot until 9:50 and no one ever showed up, so I drove the hour and 40 minutes home and spent $35 in gas. Needless to say this has been a super frustrating experience and I cannot recommend Promasters. My truck is still not fixed properly after a month and hundreds of miles of travel. read more

I took my car here for hail damage repair and when I picked it up the windshield was cracked. I'll spare you all of the drama details, but will say the the bozos that work there were vicious and could care less. Take photos of your car's windshield before. I will never make this mistake again. I was told that "well we did put you in a car rental didn't we?" wow. I let it go, because the stress was too much. I don't recommend this place at all. When I told the car rental guys what happened, he told me that he had heard Promasters was good for extra damage and not taking responsibility for it. Reported this to the BBB. read more

We had a terrible experience with this shop. The SHOP estimate changed 3 different times, by the end of it the SHOPS final estimate to our insurance company totalled our vehicle (which is now being overturned by our insurance because of the amount of nonexistent damage marked) and we had to pay out of pocket $1200 to just get it back. Luckily our insurance is going to give us $700 of it back but their bogus $250 admin fees and $250 shop fee when they insisted we bring the vehicle down and we were looking at 7-14 business days was then quoted to 30-45 business days. One person said if we sent him a referral he could get us a rental car and then the owner Doug said no we couldn't do a rental car because he wasn't making any money on us. The shop owner himself promised to take care of our file and he never returned calls and Mercedes and Heather have the worst customer service skills. Took 15 calls in a week to get a call back to figure out what we needed to do to just get our vehicle back. You also will never hear the same answer twice. Right from the get go each person said something totally different about the rental car they offer, the deductible they offer to not charge you, the time in which they keep your vehicle and then in the end the consumer is out of pocket. READ the fine print always!!! Even though their website says customers never pay out of pocket, buyer beware that you do if they total it! Run far and fast from this company! $50 a day for storage for them to total our vehicle was ridiculous! Now our insurance company is sending a new adjuster out to us to write a new estimate because of all of the errors on the shops estimate. We have already taken it to another local shop who did us a favor to get it in and he was completely shocked to see the final estimate from Pro-Masters that was more than double their initial estimate. Always trust your gut if it seems too good to be true, IT IS! At the end of all of it we paid $500 that we wont receive reimbursement for, a ridiculous estimate to total our vehicle so they could collect $50 a day for it sitting in their overfilled lot mind you they insisted we bring it down when we did, terrible customer service, and NO communication whatsoever! PS If you have to pay for something out of pocket they will only accept cash, cashiers check or an insurance check!!! Who doesn't take a debit or credit card?!?!?! read more
