My name is Denny Leonard and I just did business with Steve Houston at Caliber Collision In Roseville, Ca. Steve is a top notch guy, extremely professional and knows what he is doing. Right after he looked at my Infiniti SUV, I knew I was going to be well taken care of by Steve. He does everything at Calipher, looks at your vehicle, prepares the initial estimate and once you schedule the repair you go through him and he takes care of everything. His estimate reports are through and extremely fair plus he keeps you up to date while the technicians are working on your vehicle. Normally when you get to rate someone it goes from 1 to 10, well Steve gets a "15" from me. When I was picked up to go see my vehicle, Steve took me out to see it, the SUV looked great. Just got my car back!! Calliber Collision once again has outdone itself!! Contact people were nice and so efficient. The lady who brought the car to me, Brittany, was fantastic. These folks are especially nice to old folks like me. They went out of their way to facilitate every step of the way. The work done was complete. They even cleaned and shined my car, inside and out. In the past, when I lived elsewhere and had a different repair company, they didn't service any of the cars. They used the excuse of the pandemic to say they weren't allowed. She did a lot of research and calling around to get me the best possible price for the part I needed without compromising quality or safety. She saved me $200. I will always be grateful! I first off want to give a stella review to the professionalism of caliber collisions and especially to steve the service advisor and john the mechanic. I had a blown light bulb in my car, which I couldn't get to because the plastic cap was broken off. After going to two separate auto parts shops that couldn't help due to liability concerns, the last one directed me towards Caliber Collision. By the time of my appointment that same day, Steve took my car to the back for the mechanic and less than10 minutes later was all done; not only replaced the bulb, but also the plastic cap for free.
