I was in a minor car accident and needed my front bumper replaced, and this shop was on the list provided by the insurance. I'm so glad I chose them. The estimate took just a few minutes, and within a couple of days they called me to let me know they had found parts and scheduled my drop-off. They also work with Enterprise, which made the whole process incredibly easy. When I dropped off my car, an Enterprise representative picked me up within minutes, so I didn't have to figure out transportation at all. The repair took about 4 days, and they kept me updated throughout. My car looks even better now than it did before the accident. As a last resort I came to Fix Auto and was warmly greeted by Cole and Thomas who not only stopped what they were doing to attend to my needs but actually went out, cleaned, polished, and waxed where the giant scrape was on my vehicle, all for free! After my car was dropped off it took a week to get everything put together. My car looks better than when I first bought it! I didn't realize what a connection we have with our cars until they're not in our possession. Fix auto took care of my car with the utmost care. I just got my car back from fix auto. I'm so Impressed with them. Dropped my car off on Monday to get a dent fixed. Called Tuesday to let me know it should be ready that afternoon . After putting on my bumper they were not pleased with the way it fit. And told me they would have to keep it another day so that they could fix it again. I picked up my car on Wednesday . Beautiful work. Paint was perfect. You get a lifetime warranty on their work. They also cleaned and vacuumed my car. They kept me updated everyday. Plus Enterprise car rental pick me up from the shop took me to my rental. And all I had to do was leave the rental at the shop when I picked up my car they did the rest. Frustration at a new level. Fix it Auto does the bare minimum and out source a lot of there services to subpar vendors. I had to spend money out of my pocket to fix what should have been completed at Fix it Auto. I also spent personal time off to accomplish some of the incomplete repairs to my truck. Fix it Auto has washed there hands and has stated to me they don't how to fix the abnormal sound coming from my vehicle when turning the wheel. The corrected repairs to my vehicle were a incorrect tire size they put on my vehicle and I had a TPMS code cleared off my dashboard from my mechanic. Currently I am working with my insurance provider to have another shop repair the abnormal sound coming from my vehicle. Kegan (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) was the only positive experience. Initially, I chose this establishment based on its "great reviews". I contacted them to inform them that I was selecting them to handle my insurance claim. They informed me that they would contact me once the parts had been received. Several weeks later, I contacted them again and they said they had no record of my first contact with them. A little annoying but whatever, I ran through the process again and they got it right the second time around. My appointment was at 8 am, but it was severely raining outside. There were accidents, terrible traffic, and ultimately just bad weather. I arrived at 8:30, even after giving myself some time to get there. When I arrived they said someone would be with me. Fix Auto opens at 8 am. I asked them how long the wait was anticipated to be in order to inform my ride, who had to report to work. The receptionist who normally isn't friendly responded by saying that your appointment was at 8. He is just starting up the computer. She was right my appointment was at 8 but I can't control the weather nor understand why you have a combative attitude. In addition, considering my appointment was at 8 am, the tech was just getting his computer ready around 8:30 am. I pointed this out and another person said he couldn't do anything without the millage. I'm not sure what that has to do with him being ready to start when the day begins, but whatever. I signed a piece of paper and it seemed like it took them a long time to repair. I dropped my car off on 3/14 and got it back on 3/24 only needing a small repair. I went back and forth between another place and Fix Auto, ultimately regretting my decision. When I arrived to pick. up my car, the same man who was supposed to assist me with my appointment was talking to another man right in front of me about something unrelated to his occupation when I arrived to pick up my car. He didn't acknowledge me and continued his conversation standing at his desk. This carried on for a few minutes. Kegan got up after finishing something he was doing and asked if I had helped. When he went to get my car, the man finished his conversation and assisted me with the payment. Despite the fact that I did not have much interaction with Kegan, I found him to be very friendly, calm. He even informed me that my power steering fluid was low. read more
