    [[HIGHLIGHT]]Josh and the Team over at Caliber Collision in Roseville, California at 8880 Industrial Avenue suites 140 & 160 provided world class customer service and a quick turnaround on one of our Teslas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is an electric vehicle certified shop. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We have dealt with Shakira and she is also wonderful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This shop rates #3 in the nation for their world class customer service from Tesla, needless to say Tesla get's this shop their parts very quickly. Enterprise rent a car on North Sunrise Blvd runs a shuttle to this location and you can leave your rental here and pick up your car when it's done.

    Horrible experience at Caliber Collision [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I first dropped off my car, the front desk staff and estimator were extremely nice and helpful[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] -- but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. I did have to wait over an hour just to drop off my car, but I was willing to overlook that at first. My major issue came later. When I dropped off my car, I was clearly told that I did not owe anything, and the paperwork I was given also stated this. Since my car was hit by another driver and I was not at fault, I assumed everything had been settled through insurance and left my car for repairs. However, when I went to pick up my car, I was suddenly told I owed a $1,000 deductible and that my car would not be released until I paid it. This kind of information should absolutely be disclosed to the customer before repairs are completed, not after. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I could have dealt with the misunderstanding if the situation had been handled professionally -- but the so-called "manager" they brought out was shockingly rude and disrespectful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I tried to explain what I was told during drop-off, he interrupted me repeatedly, saying things like, "So you don't understand how insurance works then?" and "You think repairs are just free?" At one point he even accused me of "playing dumb."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I tried again to calmly explain my side, he cut me off with, "Well just keep the car then and figure it out with your insurance company."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was late on a Friday, leaving me without a car for the entire weekend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I mentioned to the front desk that I now had to walk home for over an hour, the manager actually laughed from his office.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've never been treated so poorly by any repair shop, especially one that claims to value customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would strongly caution anyone considering this location -- the communication is terrible, and the management clearly has no regard for treating customers with basic respect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    You only had the car two weeks as you can see the tires are popped now and we can't even drive it. It's having to be towed.

    My wife took her Tesla for a parking sensor the piece is only $189. They charged us 800 then upon getting our car back they busted the line in the hydraulic system and broke our axle. We got the car back wobbling and now they refuse to service our car and restore it to its original condition I would not recommend this place. They've done nothing but lie and avoid taking responsibility for their negligence. We will be pursuing lawsuit. Update now upon seeing the review you've had one of your managers call us and he talked to my wife on the phone and called us liars and then hung up on her at this point It's zero recommendations, anyone reading this review I would advise you not to use this caliber, I have had other calibers very good customer service And work ethics but do not recommend this one. Please tell your managers to not contact us anymore just to disrespect us.

Since then, I have purchased multiple cars from Guaranteed Speed for all family members including my new acquired F150 where he helped scan the US to source the best choice. Igor and team have serviced all vehicles and continues to excel in terms of responsiveness, quality of work, trustworthiness and overall great guys to work with and most importantly they deliver on commitments. Nothing is ever too much trouble and in true Igor fashion he will never up-sell or do work that is not required, sadly I cannot say that for most dealers I have worked with! Another impressive aspect of their work is how extensive their skills and experience cover as I now have 7 cars all different models and brands, but these guys always deliver and at very fair prices both for parts and labor. Igor will always look for ways to minimize the cost down and keep you informed on progress and choice points which I really appreciate. A dealer, in my experience calls with a crazy high quote and its a take it or leave it choice!
