I took it to TN3 for maintenance and also because the brakes were rough and it sounded like the shocks or something underneath was squeaking. They did a complete review of the car and found that my radiator had a leak which explained why the car was not cooling as well as it should have. I decided to forgo some of the other things and fix the radiator and brakes. The price was more than reasonable and they also put on new windshield wipers for free. He also offered to drive me home so he could test drive my vehicle at the same time which I thought was going above and beyond. I had him troubleshoot, an air-conditioning problem. Conduct an oil change, rotate the tires and do a brake flush. They took the time to explain how they do business and since I had to leave my vehicle there overnight I was concerned about leaving it out. They advised me that all vehicles are stored in protected lot with a tall barbed wire fence so it will be very secure. They did an amazing job and they did a nice job communicating the progress and final results. The price was very reasonable and they even washed the truck for me! My opinion was radically altered with repairs/service done in early March of this year. Almost $1700 later, some repairs/replaced parts were done, but the initial dash lights were still present. Excuses that seemed implausible ( how, exactly, does a very well-protected circuit board get wet anyway?), extra charges would be needed to fix it.... and upon my inspection later, no apparent damage at all. Not a word about the 7 year old battery, the bolts and screw inserts missing from the engine cover, the 2 plastic sides of the valve cover just lying on top without the clip even fastened, evidence of attempts to remove air pockets from the coolant system, coolant in a spark plug bay which necessitated replacing the ignition coil, and it looks like no one checked the expansion tank cap for a bad valve.....Oh and upper fender dents by the seam of the hood, as if "someone" leaned on it, BOTH sides. Sloppy? Careless? Incompetent? Looking for a new auto service shop. Thought I'd found a good one.
