If I could give a zero star I would. 1. They had the car for 3 weeks after estimating 1.5 weeks 2. They broke something not even related to the original damage 3. Instead of fixing it they claimed they needed to do another diagnostic to make sure it wasn't related to the original damage, which had to be covered by my insurance company even though it worked perfectly before the disassembled my car. 4. Morgans customer service fucking sucks she constantly says she'll call back but never does and while on the phone discussing the NEW issue you she had the nerve to say "is there someone in the back that has something to say to me?" Like of course there's a problem 5. When it came to the pick up they took their sweet ass time on purpose. 6. Then when I picked up the car miraculously the fucking NEW issue fixed its fucking self !! They were trying to scam my insurance company into paying for more damage that wasn't even here... Also this was my second time using them first time they had my car so long I told them I needed it back and they had to put a broken part back in because they lied about the timeline that time as well. The place it's self is very nice inside, with a small table with books for kids. I came in about 12:15pm and was told it's by appointment only and if I wanted to wait 45 minutes or come back that they would be able to give me a quote. She took my information and I decided to come back an hour and a half later instead of waiting there. Came back the lady at the front was very rude and stated it was by appointment and I said "well I did come in earlier, she said to come back". Rolling her eyes she said "oh is this you?" And pulled the paper with my information and told me to have a seat. I waited for 30 minutes to be given an estimate... what was the point of coming back if I was going to wait anyway?! A year ago I came here for hail damage and was treated exactly the same. I thought I would give them a second chance considering it was a busy time for them but no they are all rude, I wouldn't recommend them. He said all it needed was to be glued. He also told me to avoid hitting barriers when I parked. I wasn't charged one penny, which was more than kind. I would like you to know about the unnecessary further destruction of my my vehicle which Caliber Collision has caused. Farmers refers their customers to Caliber Collision to have their vehicles repaired. They took out lights and cracked off the radiator core support which was fine, they cut hoses to the AC which worked fine when I dropped it off. They added more damage then what the vehicle had when I dropped it off. Instead of trying to salvage what the vehicle had they took the easy way out of disassembling by breaking, cracking and cutting. This is a chop shop, planning to piece out my car. This is unethical business practices and I will never take any of my vehicles to this place again. I will also warn others about Caliber Collision. read more

Had I paid entirely out of pocket, I wouldn't have gone to ANY collision repair shop. Let that be said first and foremost. Did these guys fix my car in a timely manner? Yes. Did the repairs meet my expectations for quality? Yes. Is my car not in as good of shape as it was prior to the accident. You bet. Am I satisfied with what I was told "had to be done"? No. My wife's car got hit (and run) in a parking lot and the damage was to the front right headlight assembly. Additionally, the molded plastic bumber had become slightly ajar and had 3 teeny tiny cat like scratched below where the headlight was busted. The technician stated that they would have to reorder the headlight assembly ($240 online but they charged $340 for the exact same piece), take off the bumber, strip it down, buff out the teeny tiny scratches, repaint, and put it back on the car. The price for this was just a hair under $1000. Well, as my "hit and run" deductable was only $250, I told him to go for it. But I did have misgivings about what should have cost $300 (just to replace the headlight assembly and pop the bumber back in place). I was not at all worried about the 3 teeny tiny scratches that you had to get within 12 inches of the bumer to even pick out. Had this been a purely out of pocket repair, I would have ordered the piece for $240 and paid a mechanic for 20 minutes of his time to instal it! Too often with insurance claims, we just willingfully bend ourselves over the barrel and not think about the repercussions. Should I have any feelings ofguilt when I know the insurance companies are making billions in profit? I guess not. I just think that all thiings are connected and by just going along with the insurance insanity, we the people get screwed in the long run. Oh well. The car is back to normal and looks great. Whatever they did, they did well. That's not the issue. read more

Bailen Oberloher, the service advisor was the most helpful gentleman ever! I came with my white minivan in because my fender in the front kept trying to come off because of the plastic splash guard that was coming off and I had broken the screws off. Technically I just wanted to see how much it would cost to have it removed and fix the fender in the front cause it was kinda coming off, and he did this all COMPLIMENTARY. He said he would take it around back, remove it and throw it out and pop my fender back in place. Now my car drives smooth again, no noise, and I'm not constantly scraping those parking stumps anymore. Thank you so much for doing this for me again! Will return if we ever need service! I had a bumper replaced here. When I went to pick it up a piece underneath was missing. When I pointed it out the inspector had no idea about it. He told me there is no part that's supposed to be there. I knew there was because I took it off after my accident. So it took and additional 3 days to get a simple piece of plastic ordered and replaced. About a week later the part started hanging down and falling off. Now I have to go back to get it fixed again. Then she asked for the insurance company that I'd file the claim through and before I could find the name of the actual company I told her what I thought it was and she said it isn't a company they deal with. Per insurance guidance was advised to take our Jeep here for repairs to the suspension from what we believed was caused by an accident. 3 weeks later and lot of misguiding and miscommunication by Nick we left paying almost $ 700 for a new front grill repair, new L taillight But no suspension repair, no reflector light on L bumper or the house keys we gave to the tow truck that took our jeep to this horrible repair shop, Who does not keep records of how or who delivers cars to their shops. All I can say is they saw my young granddaughter coming and took her for a ride, because she still cannot safely drive her car. When the concerns were brought to the general manager, I can only say still waiting for A resolution to what he described as a teaching moment For his staff the lesson we were ripped off. read more

If I could rate negative stars I would. I went in to get my car repaired at 11:20 AM and the shop was closed. They are not open on Saturdays although the sign says otherwise. Hill County Honda was able to take my buisness and get my car fixed. They explained the process and are having my claim reopened and transfered from Caliber to them and the bodyshops they work with. I have recommended USAA not recommend Caliber as an auto repair shop any more to its customers. This is poor custermer service in every sense of the word. As a nationwide body shop I expected better. I will be making sure friends, family, and followers never use your shop in the future. read more

I took my car in this month to Caliber Collision West, 11720 Culebra Rd, SA. 78253 for body work and Mr. Ruben Flores was assigned to my claim. From start to finish, he was professional, extremely polite, very accurate and speedy with his email estimate, and very pleasant to work with. He told me my repair could take from 7-10 days, but from the time they started my body work, it only took 4.5 days! I was kept informed from day-to-day on the work being done. I was very happy to get my vehicle back earlier than I expected, and the repair job was excellent! Mr. Flores should be highly commended for his ace customer service skills and job knowledge. He should be given a promotion, or at least a salary raise!!! My husband and I have used Caliber for decades, but this is the best experience we have had so far. We will be Caliber Collision customers in the future, bet on it! The office staff (ladies behind the counter) should also be commended for their friendliness and smiles! These guys are complete crooks. I was going to pay for someone's car that I had tapped into the rear bumper. And they gave me a $6,000 estimate to repair a whole bunch of unnecessary equipment and pieces. They even wanted a $30 charge just to remove the emblems off the back gate of the SUV. Tell me why a car that has a dented rear bumper with no damage to the rear tailgate needs to have the emblems removed and why that would cost $30 to preform. I don't think they wanted to bother with my repair. Stopped by for an estimate on painting the rear panel (section above wheel well) of my Silverado. The receptionist looked at my truck through the glass door and said, "Well, I can tell you our estimates start at $3,000." Shocked, I responded, "For just that section?" To which she said, "We use a very high quality paint." And as I turned to leave, I explained, "I won't live long enough to get that investment back." I think I'll just buy a bunch of black Sharpies. By the way, another well-known collision shop quoted $450 for the job; suddenly, that sounds very reasonable. Please note: This review does not reflect on the quality of work these folks do. I had called them on a Saturday asking if they could take a look at my vehicle for a push to start issue that day. They said no problem. Dropped off the vehicle at 9am and was told they would be able to look at it by 3pm. At 3pm I was told they couldn't look at it that day and would have to hold it until Monday. On that Monday I was told they would need to replace a part that would cost over 1000 dollars with labor. I decided to not get the work done and rather invest that money into a new vehicle. Before doing that I took it to a family member to see if he could do anything to fix the issue. Turns out what caliber collision quoted me for had nothing to do with the actual issue of the car. I ended up only spending 24 dollars for a brake switch and it took only 2 minutes to replace the part which completely fixed the issue. I realized this caliber collision had tried to take advantage me since I didn't have any knowledge of how to fix it and are probably doing this to many other people. Still ended up having to pay 119 for a diagnostic check. read more

Customer service was good but actual service of vehicle was not. Received my car dirty with residue from paint booth on the car. There was overspray on the side and rear of the damage point. I had to take my car back a second time to correct the issues then a third time to correct the issues not corrected the second time. When I picked up my car the third time I was told that the other imperfections was from a previous incident of which never happened. It felt scripted. I left not satisfied. read more

Took my van back a week later because the front bumper that they just replaced had come loose on one side and the State Farm Rep said it was our fault that we obviously hit something that broke the part holding the bumper on. He came to that conclusion because there was a bit of scrape marks under the front of the bumper. Well I tried to explain to him that we drive country roads and our road is being resurfaced so there is a lot of loose gravel that could of caused the scaped feeling under the bumper. Also anyone that owns a Toyota Sienna knows that the front bumper is VERY LOW and when we backup in our driveway into our neighbors driveway we have accidentally drag a bit on the road. We have been doing this for years and it has NEVER caused my bumper to come loose. After he gave me a rediculous quote to fix it that we had to pay out of pocket I took the van back home and my husband looked at it and said the screws were put in wrong. He and my son in law ended up getting under it and fixed it in a few minutes by putting the screws in properly. I should of listened to the other reviews and not taken my car there. This Caliber collision is amazing! I hit a dog going 70 mph on highway 35. Sadly, the dog did not make it, but my family was alive. No time or safe spot to swerve. From the moment i arrived at this location with my car towed, they treated me with such care and kindness. It was a very difficult situation having lost our only vehicle. We took our truck to this shop after making an appointment with them to drop it off. We had previously met with them and had shown them a copy of the insurance estimate. A week or more after dropping it off, we called for status and I was told they were waiting on supplement from the Insurance co since they wanted more per labor hour. Something they never mentioned to us before we dropped it off. The ins co was not willing to pay the extra labor so Caliber was trying to charge us. We had the truck moved to Crossroad Collision where the process was handled professionally and quickly and without being charged extra. Definitely will not recommend Caliber. read more

As I walked in I automatically knew the service would not be great. The woman at the head desk is rude and is too lazy to stand up and walk! She's rolling around everywhere. I arrived 15 minutes early to my "appointment" and people who had arrived extra late to their appointment were helped before me, even the people who had no appointment were helped before me. The waiting room is dirty, trash here and there and the tables looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The man sitting at the Allstate desk is on his personal phone talking to someone talking bad about a client, saying this client is a liar and that the accident was all his fault for going into a big rig. This place hadn't even begun working on my car and already deserves a big thumbs down. read more

A very bad experience at this shop. I had a much better experience at the shop at 151/410. Their employee, Bailen O, clearly lied to me on three aspects of the repair, providing with completely (and verifiable) incorrect information on why a problem with a repair could not be corrected. After much pushback, they were able to correct the problems. They provided me with incorrect information to justify not completing the repair and in one case, I had to get a second opinion to prove my case. Management followup by Ivan C was non-existent. I was recommended this place by the insurance company of the guy that hit me. When I went I was treated very friendly but had to wait a while like I was kinda invisible. My car was taken in and I explained everything that happened in the accident and right away they started questioning the different hits and scratches that my car had due to the accident they said I couldn't be but still they would fix it. Mind you I have a new out of the dealer car!!! They fix my car in 2 days which it schocked me because my car was hit really bad anyway it looked good so I took it. I start noticing my car is not right and to the point that I lost control in the middle of the highway and had to stop in the middle of the road. Had to take it back and sure enough the car that hit me hit my back tires and they had failed to check that as soon as I asked them to look they found that it was all messed up and proceeded to fix it and this time it took a week and a half because YES IT WAS THAT BAD AND IM NOT CRAZY. If they would have checked everything from the start I probably wouldn't have lost control or thank God I didn't get into another accident. After all that the car NOW looks good and haven't had any issues with it. read more

Terrible location, it's worth the drive over to Caliber Collision located on Stemmons Rd. I was in and out with repairs completed within 3 days. Culebra location was horrible, date for estimate was rescheduled, the estimate provided was to repair a piece of plastic rather than order the part, repair plastic?? that was insane!! Then they could not provide a timeline, their timeline was 3 days to 2 weeks. It was a fender bender!!! I would not even give this location one star might it was required to rate their poor performance. This location also has 2-admin people up front, which are both lost in their cell phones they don't even look at the client. Complete waste of time. Another friend used this location and it took them 3 months to tell her that the car was totaled and another 3 months to get her vehicle back because the shipped it to HOUSTON!!
