My left front fender needed to be repaired as well as my front bumper all the way across. And that was done well. I'm anal when it comes to details and noticing specifics about my vehicle. The sounds that it makes; things that are different; things that have changed. So I will say that I took my car in there with a strong running engine with no drag at all. Ran very strong. And all four of my automatic windows were working fine. Living in Texas. I always put them down once I get in the car just to air out the heat. Then I roll them back up and put the AC on. After reclaiming my vehicle it had done a 180. It had nothing to do with the damage to the vehicle which was just cosmetic. And driving it over to the body shop initially ran the same. It ran completely fine. Upon leaving the body shop after repairs - The gentleman that was presenting the vehicle started off by saying - there seems to be a problem with the battery. It seems to be weak and you may need to get a new battery. So immediately that was a red flag in my mind. There was nothing wrong with the car previously at all. so that told me that someone left something on in the car and ran the battery down till it was dead. So they must've jumped it because it was running when they walked me to the car. And upon driving it, it kept lurching and trying to maintain power while, almost dying. And the next day I went to the mall and when I came back to my car, it wouldn't start. And the next place I went I couldn't get it started either so I finally got it back to the house and of course it wouldn't start either and of course there's the auto power windows thing which I'm hoping they will fix. The other three windows other than the drivers didn't function whatsoever. I'm guessing they won't own up to the Battery problem either. They're gonna say that it was an old battery, etc. I will never take my automobiles there again for bodywork or any kind of repair. they took way longer than it was supposed to and that's giving them some slack on account that I know how long that it takes and have an experience with that and how long things can take with parts and labor. But I will never go back there again I do not recommend this body shop to anybody. When you pick up your vehicle from the body shop after having repairs made - you should be happy and confident in knowing that it will be better than it was when you left the car. In my case, it was worse. Again - I'll never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Double charge for a third brake light install. I paid in full for parts and labor initially prior to a appointment. They called their " glass guy" to drop my rear glass to plug in my 3rd brake light. Then was charged for the glass guy separately. I'm a professional decorated dual service ( Army and Navy, respectively), so the new fee surprised me, however I paid. After visiting a shop near me for a ceramic coating estimate we got to talking and I let them know what I had recently done to my car and the cost. After I showed him the invoice he shook his head. Verbatim he stated," the glass shop could've replaced the third brake light because it is plug and play". He also said, " People see y'all retired Veteran with nice European cars and look forward to gouging you". I appreciate him for showing me the cost and labor rate of what my repair should've cost. You live and learn. I can't wholeheartedly recommend Gasper or his place of business to of my fellow service member or Veterans. Stay safe and vigilant. Have a great Navy day. read more

Tried to put after market part that didn't fit and the paint didn't match the lift gate was off center and didn't line up. Took it back and they kept it for over a week. A associate of theirs crashed into me in a clients car (after they just fixed it) and he was far away from the actual shop. then promised me he'd fix my car then lied and said he didn't hit me and I hit him and he wasn't going to fix it.
