    I had my first accident this year and I honestly didn't know what to expect but Gasper took me under his wing and helped me out with any questions I had and walked me through the whole process. He never beat around the bush, he was straight up with me, he communicated very well with me and kept me in the loop and I really appreciate a person like that. If you need someone you can trust to get you back on the road with quality work Gaspers your guy. On top of that the the staff inside the office is very professional and polite. Their prices are very reasonable and I would DEFINITELY take my car back if I ever need any body work done in the future.

    My left front fender needed to be repaired as well as my front bumper all the way across. And that was done well. I'm anal when it comes to details and noticing specifics about my vehicle. The sounds that it makes; things that are different; things that have changed. So I will say that I took my car in there with a strong running engine with no drag at all. Ran very strong. And all four of my automatic windows were working fine. Living in Texas. I always put them down once I get in the car just to air out the heat. Then I roll them back up and put the AC on. After reclaiming my vehicle it had done a 180. It had nothing to do with the damage to the vehicle which was just cosmetic. And driving it over to the body shop initially ran the same. It ran completely fine. Upon leaving the body shop after repairs - The gentleman that was presenting the vehicle started off by saying - there seems to be a problem with the battery. It seems to be weak and you may need to get a new battery. So immediately that was a red flag in my mind. There was nothing wrong with the car previously at all. so that told me that someone left something on in the car and ran the battery down till it was dead. So they must've jumped it because it was running when they walked me to the car. And upon driving it, it kept lurching and trying to maintain power while, almost dying. And the next day I went to the mall and when I came back to my car, it wouldn't start. And the next place I went I couldn't get it started either so I finally got it back to the house and of course it wouldn't start either and of course there's the auto power windows thing which I'm hoping they will fix. The other three windows other than the drivers didn't function whatsoever. I'm guessing they won't own up to the Battery problem either. They're gonna say that it was an old battery, etc. I will never take my automobiles there again for bodywork or any kind of repair. they took way longer than it was supposed to and that's giving them some slack on account that I know how long that it takes and have an experience with that and how long things can take with parts and labor. But I will never go back there again I do not recommend this body shop to anybody. When you pick up your vehicle from the body shop after having repairs made - you should be happy and confident in knowing that it will be better than it was when you left the car. In my case, it was worse. Again - I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

    I have always gone with Caliber Collision through USAA'S request. I was introduced by my neighbor Gasper, and he told me about Blue Ribbon! Of course, I would give it a shot! I couldn't be happier if I hadn't wrecked it in the 1st place! Wonderful, attentive service, and promptly available to answer any questions, and keep you updated on the status of my car.     Ask for MANNY. He and his crew's service is outstanding. They all take personal pride in their work and craftsmanship and they are up front about everything. If you need options or opinions, he has them and will help you as much as he can. I took my antique BMW M3 here to get it fixed after a truck hit my front fender and my car looks good as it was before the accident! I cannot thank Manny and his crew for all the hard work they put into my car. Thank you!

    I would like to say thank you Gasper and his team for such an excellent job you did to fix my car, I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone needing help with their cars + insurance claims/process! Gasper is the guy! He surely knows what he is doing and had keep me updated with everything they did to my car! And knows exactly how time management works! They didn't rush fixing my car but it was fast enough to get it back to its excellent condition! I have posted my car's before and after pictures as if nothing has happened to it! Thanks again!

    Being courteous, professional and patient unfortunately is not the way to work with this company…read more I dropped off my car at First Choice Paint & Body on 8/15/25, and as of 9/11/25 (almost a month later), I still do not have my car. On 8/22, I called for an update and was told they hadn't heard from my warranty company, SilverRock. Instead of following up themselves, I had to call SilverRock, gather the issue IDs, and give them directly to the body shop. On 8/22, they promised my car would be ready by 8/28-8/29. On 8/28, when I called, they pushed the date back to 9/4-9/5. On 9/3, they moved it again to 9/8-9/9. On 9/9, I was told the license plate holder needed to be replaced and that I should just buy one myself. On 9/10, they said it would take another 3-5 business days for SilverRock to cut them a check. At this point, it's been nearly four weeks, and I still don't have my car. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication and initiative. They only called me proactively once during this entire process--I had to contact them every other time. Their business process is ineffective, and customer service is essentially non-existent. As for the quality of their work--I can't even comment because I still don't have my car. Based on this experience, I'd rate them 0 out of 10 for service and accountability.
