They were: NOT proactive. NOT helpful. Gaming the industry. Focused on company over customer service. ZERO sense of urgency. So, after over two (2) weeks of BS from this shop: "we're waiting on the insurance supplement", which was a lie. (We ALREADY had the check from insurance for the supplemental amount.) It's been 9 days and I still don't have my car. I asked 3 people and the automated text ai how long the paint job would take - all 4 refused to give me any sort of timeline. When I called after 3 days to see if it was ready, I was told it would be 2-5 WEEKS because they had dismantled my bumper and didn't have the parts to put it back together. And no, I couldn't now pick it up. It's been 9 days and they refuse to return my vehicle claiming they don't have the parts to put it back together. They have made absolutely no effort to quickly source the parts and flat out refuse to provide me with a parts list so I can source them myself. I have no eta on when my car will be ready. This is completely inexcusable. This isn't someone having a bad day or legitimate problems or delays.

But Tonys team was able to fix it at half the price and didn't need to include extra repairs that weren't needed. I'll be coming back for other jobs in the future.
