Just got my Pacifica mini van repaired. The scolding fell off when I went over a curb. It was a relatively small job and not on insurance so most repair shops didn't respond or i got crazy estimates. But Tonys team was able to fix it at half the price and didn't need to include extra repairs that weren't needed. I'll be coming back for other jobs in the future. I was unfortunate enough to scrape my 2025 Camry XSE on a parking garage column and immediately went to Yelp to find a trusted auto body place, and fellow Yelpers, you recommended a great one! Chris got me in the same day as the scrape happened, and after getting a quote, I decided to proceed (w/o going thru insurance). She offered to let me pay up front for the part (a door panel) so it could get ordered a bit quicker, which I did, and I dropped my car off the following week (I could have dropped it off sooner; I just needed it that weekend). The part took a couple of extra days to come in, and Chris called me to let me know about the delay, and she gave me an updated time for completion (another week out from the initial completion date). I called a day early to see if it would still be completed the following day, and she said it was. Sure enough, I came by the following day and it was done at around 4:30pm! Beautiful repair job - looks as good as it was the day I bought the car! Chris offered to dab some paint on a VERY small scratch on the other side of my car for free, and I agreed. All in, $3,900 for the total cost. I'm not well-versed in my car parts, but considering the quality of the job and how Chris kept me updated through the entire process, I am more than satisfied with the price I paid and would highly recommend Tony's to anybody. read more

Tony's cleaned up cosmetic damage on my inherited 2012 Prius: a scraped fender, bumper, and peeling paint on the roof. We were able to figure out the minimum number of panels to touch to keep the price reasonable. This was my 2nd effort to get the Prius fixed up because it has low miles but every other car shop either only did insurance work, or would make it look like new on my dime. I don't need minor dents fixed; I need a fully intact clear coat that I can maintain. I am really happy with the result! Thank You! Despite living in south Seattle now, I still take my latest car in to them because they're always really fast, honest, and it's never as expensive as other places quote me or my anxious brain imagines. In pandemic times, they ask that you leave a message on their voicemail or email them for an appointment. Been taking our cars to Tony's for years now and I'm always impressed but this most recent time we were absolutely blown away. Took our SUV in with a significant squeak and a chug coming from our front left wheel. They took it in on Thursday afternoon, diagnosed the problem(s) within an hour and had it fixed and back to us on Friday afternoon. This wasn't a small project either, new brakes, new wheel bearings, even a part shipped overnight from Colorado. We were prepared to have it in any shop for a week or more and Tony and his team took care of it in 24 hours! As always, very reasonable price and transparent about any markups. Tony's and Chris are absolutely amazing! I first came here in 2016 after my car was side-swiped, they did a fantastic job replacing and repainting my two doors. A few weeks ago, my engine light came on. I took my car into Tony's, they ran a diagnostic and found my timing chain needed to be replaced. They had it done in a day and a half, and Chris took the time to explain to me after how it works and why it needed replacing (she even saved the chain and parts to physically show me). Tony is the mechanic whom you wished was in your neighborhood, except he's in ours and you can't have him. There I said it. What makes him the "Scotty from Star Trek" of car mechanics is his ability to get your car fixed, quickly and done well. On top of that, he's genuinely interested in making sure you get treated like family, and you are happy. My family has been a customer of his for years, including shattered glass, damaged front end, squished tail end, and oil changes. He gives you a fair quote and estimated time, and sticks to it. He always takes a moment to talk to you about your car before, during and after the repair, to make sure you are satisfied. My car has been "touched" by Tony as well, in a good way. My driver side interior door handle snapped in half. I took the car to his shop no pre-call or reservation, and in less than 4 hours, he was able to get a part, get it installed, and I had my car back same day. Absolutely AMAZING; beyond expectations is all I have to say; it felt like he was there only to get my car done. Recommendation: Tony is pretty much the guy you want fixing your car. read more

The first time I had a banger replaced and although my biggest concern was their ability to match the color, and they did a great job! Got my estimate and how long it would take. It was a bit far from where I live to drop off the car for a few days and come back. Shop attendant was very understanding and I appreciate it. I've had nothing but good experiences here. My latest visit was occasioned by dead headlights. Over the phone, they quoted me a price of $110 for diagnosis of the problem, but they ended up charging me only $44 for bulb replacements. Tony showed me our old bumper that was cracked and other parts that were broken that he replaced. He said it is important to know that the shop purchased new ones and didn't try to fix the old. When I went in to pick up my car Tony came running out of the shop to help me with my two kids, their car seats and diaper bag. Chris was incredibly helpful right from the start and gave me lots of pointers to help with the insurance claim process. She was on vacation l went to pick up the car so I worked with Tony and was very impressed with him as well. You could tell he takes pride in his work because he was excited to show me the car and all the little extras they did like detailing inside and out and adding new racing stripes. Well, this is just the beginning. Yesterday, I lost control of my 4runner. With embarrassment and loathing, I began searching for an oxymoron: an honest, trustworthy, honorable auto body repair shop here in the Seattle area. My search landed me here on Yelp. There are some 5-star listings, but most only have a review or two. Tony's has a bunch of nicely articulated (not just fluff and nonsense) articles. I'm glad I called to set up a time for an estimate. Upon arrival, I saw that the place was hopping (like a Belltown lounge-funny and accurate). Kind reception. I filled out the required form. Tony looked at me, and the very first thing he said was, "Are you ok? You didn't get hurt?" Since when... who ever heard of... What the heck! The repair guy cares if I'm ok???! Continuing the conversation, I felt more and more comfortable and believe that he will do what's right and fair. This brief experience is worth 5 stars for me. I will know more tomorrow afternoon....and certainly, if it's possible to have the repairs done, I will be happy to follow up with my experience there too. *Update--End of Day 1 Tony called before the work day was done early. We discussed options and decided to move forward with the repairs. There's a lot of repairs, but my gut tells me I am making the right decision in making the repairs and having the work done at Tony's shop. *Update--Day 2 I made it in around noon to give Tony a deposit and about fell over! I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and motioned me to follow him into the shop. Everyone was working like busy bees. With pride, Tony points out the work he'd already begun. I was astounded at the progress he'd made in such a short time. (This is a horrible time of year to be without wheels, which was definitely a factor in deciding whether or not to make the repairs or buy someone eles' clunker.) Windshield: replaced. Tire rim: salvageable. (it's nice to see that he's not trying to gouge me for little scuffs or replace things that don't need replacing.) All Parts: ordered. Keep in mind this is just hours after giving the go-ahead to make repairs. I'd list off other things he had already fixed, but I don't want to misspeak and say the wrong things. Heading back into the office, he assured me that it would be spotless inside and out...better than I kept it...I joked that I "keep it pretty nice..." We had a couple laughs. I literally feel my anxiety and stress dissipating. I've made a good choice. After all this, I give him my deposit. What?! Money doesn't come first??? So.... basically you're telling me that 1) your mechanic showed interest in your well being and 2) was so eager to show you his handy work that money was secondary??? Yes. Yes, I am. I own an Infiniti G35 and Tony's replaced my brakes with non-Infiniti brake pads without letting me know and I've been dealing with squeaky breaks for over 3 years now.
