The trademark on my Mercedes-Benz was broken and my auto insurer referred me to Caliber Collision in Winchester, VA for the estimate and repair. Caliber scheduled the date/time for the appointment to get the estimate, and on that date/time Gage met me on time to examine the car damage and provide the repair estimate. Gage was courteous, friendly, and answered all my questions and concerns. The estimate was reasonable so I decided to let Caliber do the repair. I was told it could take up to five days to complete the repair and Caliber set me up with a car rental to use while my car was being repaired. I turned in my car on a Monday and it was returned to me sooner on the following Wednesday. The repair work was completed in three days instead of five and returned in excellent condition. My car looked new and Caliber even washed and vacuumed my car. During the repair process, Gage either called me or sent an email to inform me on the progress of the repair and if there were any unforseen damages, which were not identified during the estimate. There were none and there were no surprises of any additional costs. I would recommend Caliber Collision, particularly, Gage, to my family or friends for car repairs, and use them again in the future should a need arise. Normally I don't leave reviews, but Ryan Gulick and the team at Caliber of Winchester truly deserve all the praise and credit possible for the exemplary service at this location. I had a nasty surprise accident on the way home from work and my dealer referred me to this location. After calling their office and speaking with Ryan, he was able to squeeze me in at short notice for a look at the damage. After arriving, he answered all of my questions, surveyed the vehicle, and was able to have my car back on the road with minimal downtime and for a price that couldn't be beat. His and the staff's professional and friendly attitude, combined with speedy and quality work, has left a lasting impression on me and ensured I will be referring anyone who needs work done to this location, and coming back myself if I ever need to. read more

The only reason I'm saying "Unfortunately" is because no one wants to visit the collision repair place, and I did it about 3 weeks apart! They have been so helpful and informative every step of the way. I got daily text messages keeping me aware of progress or problems. I've reached out to them with questions or concerns and both Erica and Larry have been more than helpful! My repairs are not complete at this point, it's more of an insurance issue but when I called first thing in the morning to let them know of other issues, I was set up with an appointment date/time that I could drop my car off and Larry got my rental ready so all I have to do is drop my car off and go. Again, I hope I don't have to revisit ANY collision repair shop in the near future but if I do, this is where I'll be going! read more

I brought my vehicle to Caliber collision after my car was rear ended in a parking lot. With my claim going through State Farm, I met with Gage, who ended up being my estimator.
