He responded quickly and clearly explained that he would only charge me if the ADAS calibration was successful, which I found extremely fair and reasonable. At the appointment, he spent about 30 minutes attempting the calibration and ultimately determined that the camera itself was faulty and couldn't be calibrated. He was honest about it and didn't charge me. Instead, he recommended finding a shop that could replace and program the camera properly. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with communication. 2023: I had a cracked windshield and contacted the shop for a quote. Mike provided a fair price and mentioned he could work directly with my insurance. I told him I was concerned about potential premium increases and preferred to pay out of pocket. I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! This is the first time I'm providing a truly neutral/middle of the road review. I'm torn how to…read morefeel about my experience so I'd say it's a solid 3-star experience. I arrived, as instructed, 10-15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I was greeted quickly and my Jeep was taken back immediately. I was told before they started the repair process that they have to apply pressure which makes it possible for the crack to expand. If that happened it would be unable to be repaired and would have to be replaced. My luck - that happened. I now need an entirely new windshield. What was originally a $175 repair is now an almost $1000 replacement. Everyone was super nice and they were on time, but I'm questioning the outcome, and I'm obviously disappointed. Overall, 3-star experience which I will update if/when I use them again.

I tried to contact customer service and they told me same thing. it's quicker to go in the office , and ahe could t schedule me for about 3 weeks. she tried that approach 3 times. she finally scheduled me for next week . Safelite advertises " we come to you" service but they do everything to avoid that!! there was no reason to not do the repair at 8am. it was gorgeous weather !! Sadly, I used them once last year for a small chip. The repairman responded and proceeded to shatter the entire windshield trying to fix it!! Then had to go 40 miles to the nearest office to have it fixed. I even emailed the president of the company and still have received no response. I probably will never get one!! stay away and go elsewhere. they aren't reliable at all and are misleading for sure!
