And God help you if something changes in your financial life. I lost my job, found a new one in less than 30 days making less than a 10% loss and they had a full on panic, even though they hadn't included the second job I've had FOR TWO YEARS! When i first spoke with my lender she was very nice but the communication after that went down hill. She pulled my report and didn't get back to me for a week. They asked for a doc which I got back to them in 2 hours after I received it from the creditor.
