It had been several years since I had been to Haven's but they were the first company that came to mind and I'm glad I did make the 15 mile drive. Israel was amazing and able to remove the broken key in minutes. He was very professional and courteous throughout the whole ordeal. They have a huge selection of keys, safes, locks, cameras, and security products. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their service area policy. They offer free service calls in Fresno and Clovis, but quoted me $150 to come to my location, even though I'm only about 15 minutes from their shop. That didn't make much sense since some Fresno and Clovis locations are farther away. Also, key prices have increased quite a bit over the years, which adds up when you're making keys in bulk for employees. Overall, good service, knowledgeable staff, and a well-stocked security store. I'd continue using them and would recommend them.
