I decided to stick with them, though, because they're very responsive to criticism, and seemed to genuinely make things right. After a few months of service, I'm glad I did stick with them. Our regular cleaner, Asel, is phenomenal. Any changes to schedule, etc., are communicated well ahead of time. Pricing isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive (for whatever reason, cleaning services in South OC are just very, very expensive, even compared to NY, where I was last).

When they arrived, we asked them to take their shoes off as we do not wear shoes in the house for sanitary reasons. Literally the worst cleaners I've ever had. They have messed up the beautiful wood floors. All of the glass in the house is streaked and spotted which there is much of. The sinks are dirty with hair, and the toilets are dirty. They did not dust. They left the wood floors, soaking wet, wood floors! They have created more cleaning than the place needed when they got here and now I have to have a real cleaner come and attempt to undo all of the damage that they have done if that is even possible.
