We chatted a bit on the phone and from there, I took pictures and video of the space to give her a sense of the job. After that, she went shopping for organizing solutions (drawers for my desk and crafting supplies) and texted me options with prices for approval. On the day of our appointment, Shae and her assistant arrived promptly at my house. They immediately got to work pulling everything out and organizing my stuff in ways that I never thought of before. The guest room is now fully functional and I love being in it so much that I turned it into my WFH office. I loved the guest room so much that I then had Shae and team come back a month later to organize my daughter's playroom area (part of the living room) and my kitchen! They totally rearranged the layout of the play area and made it a lot more efficient. Shae also consulted with me ahead of time to purchase storage cubes which incorporated nicely with our existing decor. Finally, they refreshed my kitchen drawers and cabinets that previously had no meaningful organizational logic. Before Shae came in, I thought our kitchen didn't have enough storage space. Turns out there's a ton of storage space, but I just wasn't utilizing it well. Additional notes: Shae is super flexible and can accommodate your personality and needs. While she's organizing, you can be as involved as you want. For me, I felt self conscious about all of my clutter so I stayed out of their hair and waited for the reveal at the end. We spent over $20K on custom cabinetry and received damaged parts, misaligned installation, a miscut sink cabinet, a defective drawer insert, and multiple unprofessional interactions. The range hood cabinet was fabricated too tall. Instead of acknowledging the error, they insisted the problem was elsewhere - until we demonstrated the hood still wouldn't fit. Only then did they admit the issue. Their handling of the appliance garage lighting was even worse. They routed lighting channels and installed sensors in both compartments, then backtracked and claimed the upper lighting wasn't part of the design. Suddenly, it became a "complimentary" feature - conveniently after the system failed. The excuses and contradictions are exhausting. Their behavior shows a clear pattern of denial, bad faith, and cover-up. Avoid this company if you expect professionalism, accountability, or respect for your time and money.

He also added three handles to cabinets; forgot about that issue in my initial review. Bumped up the rating (probably a bit higher than 4 stars). Everything looks good and works! Original review: We had cabinetry and lighting for a kitchen and two bathrooms designed and installed for our condo in Honolulu. Not as much attention to detail and quality as we would have liked. First, they apparently didn't get the specs right for our cooktop so our contractor and the stone fabricator had to figure out a way to adjust things to make it work. Second, the ribbon lighting installed over one of the bathroom vanities is falling out. We've contacted them and will see if they fix the problem. Stay tuned for an update. Overall, we like the look of the cabinets and lighting but are a bit disappointed in some of the work.

Advertised as up to 70% off. We could not find a dresser that was deeply discounted in that way. My salesperson coached me to photo the SKU of anything we liked so they could check stock. When we finally found something we liked that was in stock, we paid and set the delivery. This piece of furniture looks great. I really wanted to spend $800 but for $1300 we got a well built, mid-century modern-ish dresser that should last 20+ years. And it is not something we had to build (looking at you City Mill). The day before delivery we realized we never got the text to inform us of the scheduled window. Called the store and and discovered it hadn't been scheduled. Our sales person was in the store and they got on the phone with me to reschedule. They were sincerely apologetic. A couple days later we received a thank you card in the mail. The process isn't easy because furniture is so expensive. And most of it takes months to arrive.
