When Tao first came by for a free estimate, he had great suggestions to make the space look larger and more open. We wanted to try to match the existing hardwood floors we already had as much as possible. Tao immediately knew what kind of floors to use and he even had samples on hand so that I could compare them with our current floors. Tao's estimate was very reasonable and comparable to other companies I reached out to. I went with Tao because of his background as a designer and I trusted he would make sure the floors look great! It ended up being a great decision because we are very happy with our new floors! The installation process was very smooth and even finished earlier than expected. The crew was very respectful of our home and did a great job keeping the house clean after their work was done. We wanted to replace our older glass shower door and received three quotes from local suppliers…read more Pioneer Glass was prompt, patient and professional. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

Although it's only been a week, the paint job looks great. Thiago is incredibly responsive, which is rarely the case with contractors. After the job, a phone line had been left dangling (not a big deal). I texted Thiago, and within a couple of hours, it was fixed. The Monday after the Friday no show I got a very apologetic voicemail from Tyler stating there was a scheduling mix up on their end and he wanted to make it right. "We'd like to come tomorrow to clean your gutters, no charge." "Sounds amazing" I reply and am a excited for free cutter cleaning the next day. Guess what?? THEY STOOD ME UP A SECOND TIME. I was beyond furious it was almost laughable. I'd I hadn't had two men in kilts come for the estimate I would think this company didn't actually exist, but they do and they are beyond terrible. Let the call center know the phone numbers of the local offices, give access to customers of those numbers and don't make the process so difficult.
