The person checking us out originally charged us the wrong amount, but she was very gracious and called us when we left the business to tell us that she overcharged. They kept saying "we will call you" "it will be a few days" well we figured it's been another 3 weeks since it was supposed to be corrected and we took another trip to the store where they said we could go pick it up and low and behold were told that this store has picked them up 2 days after we ordered it. DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL US AGAIN. How many strikes do they get? So unprofessional, lack of everything from them is sad. They are a family run business that lacks the customer service skills. I have been wanting to write this since the first bullshit but today we are finally picking up the remaining boxes yet there are still having issues and giving more bullshit excuses. In our business, we don't specialize in remodels but we do get one here and there and I've dealt with multiple tile and countertop suppliers. This store has been the best. The entire team is friendly and ready to help. We even had an instance where my tile order was slightly short - they took full accountability and had the tile driven down from Phoenix and one of their store members drove up to casa grande to meet them in the middle all so that our tile team could finish that same day and stay on schedule. They have sections like "kitchen", "office" etc in case you are looking for a specific area. The containers are all sizes and some come in colors. I particularly liked the "drawers" that came with a clear top. You could stack them but you could see what is inside by looking at the top. If you are looking to add storage, they have rolling carts or just various sized containers with lids. My home is my office so I was especially interested in the office section. I also found organizers for drawers were useful. The store is quite large and you could spend a lot of time there to see everything. Prices are not cheap but what you can find might be the exact unique solution for what you need.
