This brother team of experts performed an excellent body repair at reasonable cost on my daughter's car after it had major rear side panel damage. The car looks as good as new. They also fixed a roof leak for my car by cleaning out the roof drainage at no charge. Went in for a quick paint job, they ended up taking my entire little Honda apart. Messed with the electrical, took everything apart, my original estimate was only $500... they ended up charging me 7k!!!!! For paint!!!! obviously they have no idea how to run a business. They did good body work but messed up electrical components and would not take responsibility and got a pretty aggressive attitude. Do not take your car there not because they dont know how to do body work, but because they have no customer service skills and if they make a mistake they will try to put it on you and get really defensive. read more

I whent there to get an estimate on mitsubishi door panel and Stephen 1 of the brothers helped me and i aggred to estimate and said i didnt need no deposit. 3 days later I get call from brother Robert telling me I need to pay for full part before ordering. What an ideal experience with California Collision Center. Stephan and Robert did an amazing job on repairing my bumper after I backed in to a retaining wall. Not only are they accommodating, efficient and flexible, they do beautiful work. You also won't find a better price anywhere in the Bay Area. I am so impressed with the work they did, that I found myself looking at other parts of my car so see what I'd like them to repair and repaint next. They are artists and extremely hard-working. One would never think an auto body shop could make someone's day, but they certainly did mine. I was referred to this body shop to get a bid for a few minor dings on my car. I was concerned about rust starting where the paint had been scraped off. Stephan stopped what he was doing to come out to look at my car, walked around it & pointed out that all of the places I worried about were plastic, & therefore would not rust. Horrible and unprofessional. The shop is run by two brothers who don't communicate with each other. Robert gave me an estimate and told me to bring it in on Friday they'd work on it over the weekend. That's a lie, they're closed on the weekends. So I email him asking if I can bring it in Monday, they reply they won't have any room for me til the following Friday. I took my vehicle in after I hit a deer on highway 1 and I spoke Stephen to see when I could take my car in and at that moment he said he can have his own guys bring it in so I wouldn't have to worry. Then while I was on the phone with my insurance advisor I asked if it was ok for him to speak with them and he told them I needed a rental right away. I'm not kidding within 5 minutes.. my car was at the shop and I was already heading out to get my rental. It was really nice to go to a shop that wanted to take care of me. Brought my car to California Collision, and this is The WORST auto body shop! Stephen and his Dad Manny are very manipulative, Manny quoted me one price of damages on my car and when I got my work done by his son Stephen when my car was done, Stephen quoted me $900 more then the original quote! Talk about unprofessional and rude I brought it to his attention and they wanted to argue about it! I turned my rental into Stephen like his Dad Manny told me to when my car was ready to picked up, and Stephen held my rental at his shop for 5 days after I picked up my car and dropped off rental. I got a call from the insurance saying he didn't have the rental, come to find out this Auto body shop would not give Enterprise the rental back! So UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE, and VERY BAD BUSINESS. Manny needs to get his son's who run this shop under control! Worst place ever.. They also refused to give me any paperwork when I picked my car up, weird right? Scam artist's who need to be shut down! I got a bill for the days the rental was sitting at the shop and Manny refused to pay it! He also blocked me and is avoiding me! read more

Overall they are ok, im just disappointed with them, my rav4 was involved in a wreck, most importantly the car is covered by insurance. Now they fixed the damage, but the issue came after, i notice a day latter that the door made sounds when trying to close, and also something was wrong with the electrical wiring. I brought it in and explained it to the guys, they where able to fix the door that day, and they looked at the electrical wiring for the mirror. They told me that they would order parts and give me a call as soon as it comes in. Needless to say this was last year in September. Still no call.... Needless to say i want be back.. read more

The family owned California Collision Center does great work! Robert and his brother will take great care of you. I went there based on a friends recommendation, and I was extremely pleased with their service. The rear side of my bumper was dented and scraped as my car had been hit in a parking lot. I did have the insurance information from the driver that hit me. Robert gave me a free estimate, and said that they could finish the work in just a few days. He worked with the insurance company, and helped set up my rental car. Within 3 business days, I was called to pick up my finished car. It looks great! The rear bumper looks brand new, and he also thoroughly cleaned the lenses of my headlights and touched up some scratches on the front bumper that were from a previous bump, at no charge. They also washed and detailed my car inside and out! It looks like a brand new car. Thank you both for your amazing and speedy service!
