    They reply to nothing. Just take your money, and do absolutely nothing. Look elsewhere.

    I wish I had the option to not leave a star. This company is the worst. No one returns emails or voicemails. Very unprofessional.

    Very unhelpful and disorganized. Rude, did not know the rules to their own property and unwilling to help residents.

When researching various property management companies, Good Life's approach was the most straightforward and transparent with no long term commitments. After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. Being a first time landlord, I have no experience in knowing how to screen tenants, knowing the rules, etc., especially when my background is not in the real estate and rental business. Having a busy work schedule also means that I won't likely be able to attend to the tenant's needs in a timely manner. This is where Good Life fills in the gaps for me. The team at Good Life during the onboarding process has been super helpful and efficient in getting the property ready, whereas it would've taken me ages in trying to do it myself. I was assigned Andrei as my property manager and it's been a great start. He has been open, transparent, professional, and great to work with since the start. I recently had an online shopping shipment mis-delivered to my rental property, to which Andrei was instrumental in helping to coordinate the handoff between the tenant and me. Even though Andrei is my primary contact, I can see that they have great teamwork. On one weekend, I had a question to which I received an out-of-office note from him. But rest assured, another team member stepped in that day during his time off to help with my question. Good Life also has a great online portal for me to see all the documents and tax information. Their services have impressed me since the beginning, and I look forward to a great relationship moving forward. Keep up the great work, Good Life! I highly recommend them!

    Update from my original review. Been using Good Life for…read morealmost 2 years now, and it has been great. Communication is the best! If there are issues or updates, they email, text, and/or send info via owner web portal. Savannah has been our point of contact at Good Life. She is the best! Very friendly and always follows up with our questions/requests. We've had a few repairs that our tenants needed. Chi (Maintenance coordinator) handled them smoothly and kept me informed. Again, great communication. Love the financial summary (and receipt) at end of year for our tax accountant. Documents are nicely arranged on the owner web portal. Love it. And...always like Steve's informative emails and YT videos on regulations and tips.

    Incompetent Management and Zero Accountability…read more Never return your email/call Repeated charges due to accounting team's error Hides HOA meeting notes to cover up their errors Disrespectful/rude staffs If you enjoy endless frustration and constant headaches, Strategic HOA is the management company for you. Despite the owner, Ian, repeatedly claiming that communication and staff training are "improving," the reality is a total lack of professionalism. Service requests routinely go ignored for months! One of their "top" employees, Amanda, actually fabricates HOA policies to cover her own mistakes. When I simply requested a heads-up about upcoming work near my unit as I have a small infant at home, she flatly refused, claiming it wasn't her responsibility. Consequently, they ran an industrial fan right next door 24/7 for six straight days with zero explanation. When I asked her to cite the specific policy that allowed this lack of notice, she went silent. The sad part is this is just one of many crap stuff that they've done. They're wasteful with our budget and makes me wonder what they're doing at their office everyday, when you're not responding to their customers. This company prioritizes laziness over service. It's no surprise they were fired by our association after only a few years. Before hiring them, I strongly suggest asking Ian how many ongoing legal cases he and Strategic HOA currently have with former clients.
