I never thought I would ever write negative reviews about the Murrieta gym but here's my 2nd one in 90 days. I inquired about transferring my personal training from Redlands to be closer to where I live. I ***INQUIRED*** and asked for process and what to expect and asked in detail how Murrieta gym could provide superior service over other EOS locations like Redlands and Winchester. The manager I talked to took it upon himself to go ahead and cancel my service contract with Redlands to free me to come to Murrieta ASAP. I didn't ask for that wrong move resulting in my 2nd ever negative gym review. Listen to your clients and observe their requests. Maybe I'll stop here to train but never for personal training. As a Grandparents, it gives us a real peace of mind knowing my granddaughter is in safe, clean and fun environment while me and my wife workout. This location brings back a lot of memories for me since I've been coming here since the Gold's Gym days. Even after the change to EōS, it's remained a solid place to work out. The gym is consistently clean, the equipment is kept in good shape, and there's plenty of variety for different types of workouts. It does get crowded during the usual 5-7 PM rush, but that's pretty normal for any popular gym. I don't make it out here as often anymore since I live farther away, but whenever I'm in the area, I still enjoy stopping by for a workout! read more

Came in during Christmas and New Year's week and they have spiced up this location with new cardio equipment on the 2nd floor and reorganized the first floor machine area! Love the new layout with more equipment for gym goers to get a head start on their fitness goals for 2026. As far as modern gyms go, the EoS brand ranks fairly high as they score cumulatively well on the basic categories of quantity, quality, and cost. Unfortunately, the Murrieta location just doesn't meet the quality standard that is presented at all the other locations in the area (Winchester/Temecula). The front desk staff here are friendly and the sales and training staff are knowledgeable. The real problem is the "crusty" environment. For example, the cinema workout room has a seedy peep-show vibe due to the poor lighting, sticky floors, and old groaning equipment (especially that creepy old stepmill all the way in the back corner). Plus the majority of the equipment on the main floor looks like its 70's Arnold vintage with their burgundy pleather seats. Value per dollar is still acceptable because the pricing is reasonable but don't bother using this location until they renovate (coming soon I believe). My 1st time at this EoS. This one is located at the corner of Murrieta Hot Springs Rd & Margarita. The entrance doesn't look like much but after walking through it's a very nice and open area. Front host people are welcoming. The women's locker room was very impressive!! It was very clean and big. I really like the layout in the locker room. Cardio machines (trradmill & ellipticals) are on the 2nd floor. Members are helpful and friendly. What I really like was that after using a bench or machine, they'd sanitize it with the spray and wipes provided before moving onto another machine. They are so courteous!! There are group fitness classes during the weekdays. There is also a movie room (while you workout). Overall a very nice facility with friendly staff and considerate members. I do not make many reviews but felt this one needed it. Be Warned!!! EOS is very shady, they continued to charge the $300 personal trainer fee after we canceled and after they charged us an extra month that we didn't sign up for totaling $1200. They refused to even cancel it and our gym membership for several weeks and attempted to continue charging me but I had already blocked them from our bank so they could not continue. I agree with the many other posts here about their cancelation policies being total BS. Avoid this company. read more

We always have to leave room for people to make mistakes but overall the service at this location has been amazing. Tonight we are here with Andrea Landeros (Asst. general manager), and she has been helping us combine previous individual accounts my daughter and I had into a family plan. All of the same benefits and offers to each member but now I'm going to save $50 a month from my daughter and I setting up separate accounts. We had over a dozen questions before we finalized the new agreements and Andrea was full of information to put our minds at ease. I like this location. There is a lot of equipment to use and worker is friendly. Company was a good mix of people.

I came in as a "VIP guest" with my friend who pays for the higher membership at EOS Murrieta. For something that's supposed to be a perk, it was just a headache. It took almost 20 minutes just to get me in. First the kiosk, then typing all my info, then waiting around, then a little sales pitch before I was even allowed to workout. It did not feel like VIP anything, it felt like they were just trying to turn me into a lead. From what they said, this isn't just a one time thing either. Guests have to keep redoing waivers and info instead of having a simple saved profile. So every time I come in, there's a chance we start all over again. The gym itself looks cool, plenty of equipment, but the guest process totally killed it for me. As the guest, this honestly made me not want to sign up here at all. read more

It has nice newer equipment BUT they literally don't have any glute machines! They only have two free weight glute presses and they're always in use. Plus the two machines they have for the inner/outer thigh are also in use. I prefer LA Fitness now because they have an entire area dedicated the glutes and the lower body. read more

this good has very friendly staff, like they actually say good morning and have a wonderful day, even if you try to ignore them. It's a great gym when you go when it's not busy. Not too many want to be gym influencers but there is the usual gym pass tourist that go. It does get busy Monday at 8-9am, 3-6pm. It is 24 hours so you can definitely have a good workout. This place has two floors, multiple rooms and child care. There is a turf section where you can do kettlebells and platform/squat racks. The main wait room has 3 flat bench press next to a row of dumbbells with multiple types of seats to do your dumbbell work out. The machines are in the middle of the gym. There is a dance room and a cycling room on the first floor. All cardio machines are on the second floor and a room with a wooden floors to conduct stretching. Love the gym and classes thus far. My negative review is based on the lack of follow-up from admins. I've been a member for almost a month, referred 3 people within my first 2 weeks. Even though my friend and her husband provided my number I wasn't given the referral credit. Two days later (April 26th) I reached out to the manager in person who asked me to speak to another sales rep (who was off for two days) look into it. Since then I've been advised to email Joel Esparza which I have and he has yet to respond to my emails. I also emailed corporate last week and no one has contacted me. I am a woman of solutions and I hate excuses. I feel no one has really cared to fix this minor issue since I am already a member. Maybe someone will reach out after writing this review... let's hope. He recently started helping my friends son(work cut out for him) and has been nothing but encouraging, devoted plus he goes ABOVE and BEYOND for him. He does everything he can to keep them motivated. After many messages and emails from the gym in Lake Senori, I decided to go today. As soon as my friend and I entered, the girl at the front desk said we needed to register. Then she asked us to wait for a bit. We ended up waiting for more than an hour without anyone calling us or coming to take us on a tour. When I asked the girls at the front desk, one of them said she didn't know how long it would take. We left the place, and I will never go back again. The treatment was very bad, and they clearly have no experience in customer service. My advice: this place is not good. The staff working there don't care about any customer. I love the Winchester and the Lake Elsinore facilities when going to a class their instructors speak loud and clear and where headset microphones when I go to the Murrieta class their music is blaring and you can't hear the instructor they don't wear microphones. I been going here since 2015 so couple months away to be 9 years in with it. This gym opened up and help so much gymers that was over paying with 24 hours fitness. I used to work for them and they was charging $40 a month for a member. LA fitness was $25 not even 24/7 and EOS was. Like every business there are up and down time, just like yourself, you have up and down in your life. Luckily your life are not being judge by a whole community over a problem. If you saying the gym is bad and overcrowded maybe because there are a reason why, look at it if you say you going to cancel it over a mold, okay go ahead it will solve the overcrowded problem, hopefully. Most of us love this gym and appreciate it for being here for the longest time before the Temecula's location even open. You talk down on the staff because they enjoying their work environment and being comfortable with their coworkers. As soon as they saw the reviews they immediately close up the gym to take care of it, then some have the nerves to say it was suddenly close. I will cancel my memb...blah blah blah. Common now. Great equipment and lots of convenient locations. It can get a bit crowded at times but I always get on the equipment I want eventually.

Customer service is very bad. When I first entered the gym, the girl at the granite desk told me I needed to input my details into the computer. Then she told me to sit down and said they would call my name in a few minutes to give me a tour of the place. I waited for over an hour, and no one cared about the customers. I asked her again how much longer I had to wait, but there was still no response, so I left. First of all, the girls at the front desk had no interest in anyone. They were sitting around joking with each other and ignoring the customers. I noticed that everyone who was waiting for their name to be called started leaving, saying the place was terrible. After waiting an hour, I decided to leave and will never enter this gym again. read more

I signed up to use their steam room which was amazing and I would sweat a lot. Now they changed it into a sauna and the sauna does not make me sweat. The settings of the sauna are too low. I will have to cancel my membership and find another place with a steam room or a better sauna. read more

This review pertains specifically to the Personal Training aspect of EOS, I am not a "Gym Person" by nature, so the environment can be uncomfortable and, at times, intimidating. I decided to sign up with a Personal Trainer and was paired with Krystal Jacobson, who made my experience great. Krystal made me comfortable immediately, her attitude towards training and her personality really equip her to be a one-on-one personal trainer. Krystal loves to work out for herself and lead a healthy, active lifestyle. She also loves being able to share her knowledge and experience to tailor a workout routine that is best suited for her clients. She took the time to know me and my lifestyle, health history, and goals, and made me feel more confident about myself. She was very attentive to my progress and valued my input and incorporated that into my workouts. I felt like Krystal really tailored my program with routines that not only worked toward my goals but, more importantly, that I enjoyed and looked forward to doing. She could tell if I didn't enjoy or was struggling with an exercise, and was patient with me, gave useful feedback, and provided hands-on demonstrations while I learned proper techniques. But what I enjoy most about working with Krystal is her friendly and bubbly personality. I can tell she loves what she does, and that love and enthusiasm energize me every day. She made it fun for me, and that is everything, isn't it? EOS Fitness has a star in Krystal. I feel that she is a true asset and would make a fantastic leader for their company. read more

This EOS location is GHETTO would no recommend coming here. Cars get broken into in the parking lot when you complain they have no cameras out front so they can't do nothing about it. Top it off my gym bag got stolen yesterday with wallet, expensive shoes air pods and much more and they said we'll call you back if we have any follow ups never called back once they didn't even wanna review the cameras inside the gym. This is going to be a contradicting review, Let's talk the good first. Love the gym overall, the set up is great. Machines work, they could replace the last stair master upstairs because one of the steps is broken, I'd hate to be the person who falls off of that. There is enough equipment and rooms to accommodate large crowds. Overall it is clean, staff seemed pretty amazing until I encountered Julieta blonde front desk girl today. Back story I purchased a gym membership from Lake Elsinore the moment they opened up membership opportunities and got the all access membership. Construction has delayed the opening of Lake Elsinore beyond what we were told. Having already cancelled a previous gym membership, I decided to find the closest EOS to continue my fitness journey. Which brought me here to Murrieta. They signed me in with my phone number. Never once was I told anything for the last 2 months until Julieta. It was her superiority approach which she could use training on. Not the message. I drove 30 mins to come to this gym not once did I know my account was not activated, I thought that's what they did the first time I showed up. Julieta was rude and condescending, so I mirrored her personality and gave her the same treatment back & asked for the manager. He relayed the message, that I could no longer use this gym. Thankfully, he was understanding that I just drove 30 mins to get here. And allowed me to workout this last time unlike Julieta who basically wanted me to leave. EOS overall should change the rules on activating a contract at the price I signed up for since it included access to all gyms. It's not like I was asking for the 9.99 service! I signed the contract which included access to all gyms instead of saying I can no longer come in until the Lake Elsinore gym is opened or I need to pay an extra 10bucks to get my activation started here at the Murrieta location. I signed a contract for all gyms months ago and it should be honored point blank. This is not this gyms fault but the companies policy is what I was told!!! So yes, if I lived closer I would have signed up here no problem and enjoyed it. Todays experience is unfortunate to anyone coming from Lake Elsinore. I didn't want to be the person complaining that the Lake Elsinore gym was still not open, I came here as a resolution and now had to be lowered to the point of being disappointed.
