Let's start with Daniel; I've never met or seen this gentleman in my life, and his open arm conversation made me comfortable to understand the situation I had at hand. His knowledge was so accurate, as I watched the California Dustless Blasting (C.D.B.) team at work, I observed exactly what Daniel said was going to happen when they serviced my pool. The C.D.B. Team was a bonus because they extend their same hand of excellence in their work and knowledge as Daniel did in his conversation. I hired this company to sand blast the color coat of stucco from my house. They started out seeming legit. They came to the house prior to giving me an estimate, they brought their equipment and did test sand blasting in a couple locations to see how difficult it was going to be to remove the color coat. They then produced an estimate. In the mean time while I was waiting for the estimate I was removing my windows and decided to completely remove the stucco on the entire two sides of my house. I then had them come to the house to blast the remaining stucco, which was about half of what they originally needed to do. They blasted the stucco and it was a nightmare. They did no dust control and the entire neighborhood was covered in dust from their lack of remediation. I had to pay to have my neighbors cars clean because of the layer of dust all over. They then included in the estimate clean up, I have attached pictures to show their clean up.....they left so much sand in my rain gutters that they were falling off my house. After they were done they then billed me the same price they gave me the estimate for but the problem is they had to blast half the amount of what they gave me an estimate for. I was given multiple excuses of how the stucco was just hard to get off, yet they already had done the test spots and knew what they were up against. This company is a fly by night operation and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR took my 1988 Monte Carlo to California dustless blasting to get my car glass blasted. Pete was dans main blaster. He began blasting my car while I was there. I notice that the residue on the ground looked like sand. So I stopped Pete and asked him what he is blasting my car with and he said " a glass blend. I said , well dan told me it was glass that you would be using. Pete replied it will be fine, and he carried on. So after he finished. I returned the car to the body shop. That Monday the paint shop man informed me that the body of my car was destroyed, due to the California " dustless" blasting place not using water while doing the blasting procedure. He said it's going to cost me a 1000$ more than I was originally quoted. Because my car had a straight body with originally quoted. Now the body was destroyed and the whole car would now require body work. I informed dan York the owner of California dustless blasting. I told him about the damage caused to my car due to the water not being while blasting. He replied I don't know why the water wouldn't be on it is required that's why it called dustless blasting. So I sent him photos and you could see that the ground was dry. Dan York said give me a second to ask my employee why the water wasn't on. Dan never called me back I began calling him for days. He finally answered. Replying that" Pete said he had it on low pressure so that's fine that the water wasn't on. I asked home for a refund which was half of the money I had to spend for extra body work do to his shops negligence. Dan York replied " you should have said something sooner have a nice day"" this guy dan York isn't a good business man. Stay away from him. The city will shut him down soon. read more

The team did a fabulous job removing layers of paint off of our pool slide and then repainting it. It was a very messy and backbreaking job but they did it! We needed them to come back to smooth some areas a couple of days later and they did so without any problems. A year later and the slide still looks great. read more

SCAM! A drunk runs this place. He quoted me $800 over phone for my VW if I did all the work stripping it to bare metal. Even performed a chemical strip before spending a lot of money towing all the way to his location. When I showed up he wasn't there, employee said he was out fishing. Employee then added $1k to the price. When I called owner he was yelling at me to just take it somewhere else, after paying to tow it all the way out here. We finally settled on a price well above the original quote. I sent pictures and spoke to him and he said he knew the vehicle very well and was confident in giving me the $800 quote. When I picked up the VW the steering wheel wasn't masked (had to leave that on to steer the VW into the lot) so that was ruined and the side wasn't done and the transaxle is filled with sand, not glass beads like they advertise.... These guys are great! It was super easy to get an estimate and scheduling was flexible. I booked them to remove paint from a 50's fireplace surround and they recommended a test spot before completing the job. Boy, were they right to make that suggestion! I had a great experience with this company! I needed an outside wrought iron gate sandblasted and repainted. When the crew finished, there was paint stuck in the small holes on the gate. What did this company do? They came out, took the gate away, re-sandblasted it, painted it again, and re-installed it for not a dollar more. And it looks perfect. They stayed in contact with me regarding the schedule. AND they were meticulous about taping off garage vents, other nearby structures, etc. I would absolutely use this company again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have a fairly large deck that had well over 8 layers of paint and stain. My son in law and I tried everything, from stripping the paint to a heavy duty sander, with no luck. I looked online out of frustration and desperation and was blessed to find California Dustless Blasting. On a Sunday afternoon, I took the chance and emailed them. To my surprise within a couple of hours Daniel responded and asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and the next day he contacted me and told me this was a project they could do, and in one day. Daniel gave me a date his guys would be able to do the work. They actually were able to do my project a week ahead of schedule. I was fortunate to have Kyle and Arthur work on my deck. They were on time, friendly and professional. They both took the time to explain to me what they would be doing. Not only were they able to get the many layers of paint and stain off, but they cleaned up after. They also suggested the type of finish for the deck, once it is completely dry. I could not be happier with the quality of work that was done, and the honesty I felt dealing with not only Kyle and Arthur, but with Daniel as well. These guys are rock solid professionals. Couldnt be happier with the results. Had them come out to our shop to strip a 4BT Cummins Engine going in a scrambler project we have going on.
