What really had an impact on this low score is the small parking lot and that it takes over ten minutes to get a drive up order. I have had another previous negative experience with Gary a few months ago when my friend was attempting to purchase a phone, so when I saw him approaching us today, I was very apprehensive about what our experience would be. To say the least, we were displeased. He initially asked us if we would like any assistance and we politely declined. Once we were looking at a laptop in more detail, he appeared and proceeded to tell us about a laptop that was on sale and asked us if we were interested. We decided to agree to look at the laptop to which he replied that he didn't have it on display, it was only for sale. We politely declined again and stated that we would just continue to look on our own. He then asked what type of laptop we were looking for and then proceeded to read us the specs from the label of the laptop we had just looked at. He started getting frustrated that my friend wasn't sure what she was looking for and started to speak to us in a demeaning manner, stating that he has 40+ years of experience in computers, and that she probably knew nothing about them and that he knows more than us. At this point, we told Gary yet again that we were not sure what we wanted since we literally just happened to stop by to browse laptops for her. We were leaning towards a specific laptop that we had briefly seen online and had almost moved forward with purchasing while we were there, but the customer service we received resulted in us leaving the store without purchasing. The parking lot and the area in front of the store were always busy, but that is how it usually is at Target. They have a nice sized self checkout area, which helps keep the lines moving. They have the Starbucks as well. I constantly saw employees collecting and organizing the carts, cleaning the store, and making sure everything stayed neat. We went to this location to make an exchange and was surprised how messy this store was in several departments. Clothes hanging on top of the racks and laying on the floor. This is not typical for most Target stores, so I'm guessing this location was short staffed at the moment we were there. No biggie. We needed assistance to find the product I wanted to exchange, and the associate was very helpful and friendly. After looking around the store to see if we wanted or needed anything else, we went to the Exchange/Returns counter to make the exchange, and the young lady assisting us was very friendly and accommodating. I've been a T-Mobile customer for almost a decade, and unfortunately, this experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing. The customer service representative, Juliana, told me that the additional lines being added to my account were free. I specifically asked her multiple times, "Why are these lines free?" because I wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any additional charges. Each time, she assured me that the lines were free and that they simply came with my new plan. When I checked my bill online, however, I discovered that I was being charged for those additional lines. I feel that I was given misleading information, and now I'm left dealing with the consequences. What made the situation even more frustrating was trying to get it corrected through customer service. It seems like adding an extra line to an account takes only a few minutes, but fixing the mistake and removing the unwanted charges takes forever. My lines are still a mess to this day, and I'm still trying to get everything straightened out. I've been loyal to T-Mobile for nearly 10 years, but this experience has seriously made me question whether I should stay. At this point, I'm considering moving to a different carrier. I also wish I had read the previous Yelp reviews before dealing with this location. Seeing similar complaints about Juliana afterward was especially concerning. T-Mobile needs to do better when it comes to transparency, accountability, and customer service. Customers should be able to trust what they're told, especially when it comes to charges on their accounts.
