I just bought a Herman Miller flying saucer pendant lamp. (Nelson Saucer Bubble Pendant). Unfortunately, it had an absurdly short cord on it. We have high ceilings and then the cord has to go across the ceiling and down to the outlet. Zack rewired this lamp with a nice long cord and plug. He thought I would have to come back the next day, but he did it right away and I picked it up later the same afternoon! It is possible I could have figured out how to do it myself, but I preferred to let him do it as he has the experience. He also charged a reasonable price for his skilled labor. read more

I brought my Antique lamp looking for the right shade but don't be fooled to have them use this special light bulb that has a few black stripes on it. It starts to smoke and Nancy convinced me that I need to have it rewired at quite an expense. I did not feel good about it so I end up bringing it to Home Depot light department and sure enough they put a regular bulb and assured me there is nothing wrong with the wiring. read more

The sales people were very helpful assuring me that I could return the shades, (2) if they did not fit. I was disappointed to receive only a store credit when I did return the shades and couldn't find anything in my price range that worked. I assumed a return was a refund, but wasn't told that.
