He responded immediately and told me he would be over after he got off of another job. This was Friday evening at around 6:30pm. He let me know he was on the way and showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. The breaker was old and not readily available from the usual suspects. He went home and found it on amazon, ordered it. He had it delivered to his place and showed up the next day (saturday) and got the house powered up and online. He also quickly fixed a couple of replaced outlets and diagnosed the circuit that the instant on water heater was part of. Without question his response was amazing and above and beyond. To top it off my father-ln-law has health issues and the partial power failure was really hard on him. Brandon's quick response saved the day and a difficult situation. Estimate came in quickly and was reasonable so I agreed to proceed to do the work. Steven did all the communicating with Southern California Edison and I was never cced on emails or looped in despite requesting to be. As replacement date neared I contacted steven a few days before to discuss details. He informed me the need to reschedule as too close to labor day. I said ok no problem. A few days before second replacement date Steven dropped by looked over the panel again and told me everything was on for 9/16/25 at 8am with SCE scheduled to come disconnect power with him completing the job same day and SCE to reconnect. Sounded great I made arrangement for the family to be out of the house all day. Long story short no one showed up, not steven not SCE. I called and texted steven multiple times, left voicemail with no response. I gave him 24 hours benefit of the doubt just in case something unforeseen occurred. Nothing. I finally reached out to SCE to see if I was ever on their schedule. I was told that I was scheduled both times and the electrician cancelled last minute both times . Most recently I was told that the electrician told SCE that he is not rescheduling and simply canceling with no intention of doing the job. Where was that communication with me? Steven, this has been one of the most unprofessional interactions I have been involved in. If the job was too big , too small, too medium, too complex, not complex enough, you are too busy, not busy enough all you had to do was say so. Instead you wasted my time for over one month and I am left having to do this all over again with a different company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have never spent the time leaving a bad review on yelp but this one was warranted.

His knowledge and recommendations for my new HVAC system…read morehave improved the efficiency in my house. moving my furnace to the attic from the ground floor allowed for better air flow, and i also had them add insulation to help with balancing the temperature up there. Also added a new water heater and, my favorite addition will be the split installed in a back room add on with a cathedral ceiling that's difficult to heat/cool on its own. Each installation came with its own specialist, and each team was amazing. They took such good care in ensuring the carpets were covered, and their cleanup was fantastic - including one of the guys who walked the driveway and area in front for nails that may have been dropped!! Anyway, I'm happy to recommend these guys to anyone needing similar work. Oh and btw their financing program is good too with zero % interest making it good value for me.
