Then turned to me asked me if I understand it. They left as I continued looking and found an item. When I saw her again one customer and I stopped to talk to her. I was infront of the customer so when I raised the item told her there's no price on the one I'm holding. I guess qhen she was talking to the other she was continuing talking to me to. When I said there's no price in raised vpice she said I just told you. I said I didn't know you were talking to me too. In this kind of business you'll encounter a lot of different customers attitude. But I never met someone as rude as her. They let in people 10 at a time with a 30 minute shopping allotment. Which made for even more waiting after being there already for over 3 hrs. 30 min is WAY too long, should have been more like 15. There were well over 100 people at this sale. More than the company could handle. I feel like they should have been better prepared for the crowds. My experience was really negative. I would not shop with this company again.

I found it quite comedic that I was spoken to harshly about my mask as I was adjusting it and the woman collecting cash had her mask around her neck. I don't believe in masks however, I'm respectful of my community and abide by basic rules. The worst part however was when my husband ask a question about weapons and what the process is. She was hesitant to answer the question but when she did she made a comment to his gender specifically and said she doesn't like to deal with weapons because she doesn't want to deal with a bunch of men coming in asking her questions. Estate sellers work hard, so I don't write negative reviews on them for things like pricing, hold table chaos, and other things. I just remember them if it's a pattern, and then choose to not go to their sales. I do want to highlight the ones who stand out though! We have had great experiences at the sales run by Burns Estate Liquidators. Here are some thoughts: Hold Tables: Multiple and well "guarded". Sold Cards: Before entering, staff explained how sold cards worked. There was no confusion on how to mark larger items you wanted to buy. Pricing: Day 1 pricing was fine. Estate sellers are trying to make money for the family and for the business. Some companies take that to the extreme. They forget they're also trying to encourage buyers to come and buy. Burns seemed to keep that three-pronged understanding at the forefront. Price Tags: Every item had a price tag. Bulk items had very clear signs with pricing. If you've been to these sales, you know how important knowing pricing is, without having to constantly find someone. Staffing: Six people ran a very large and involved sales like a streamlined machine. We have been impressed. This is a very business-savvy company, who clearly keeps their brand protection in mind when working. Other companies lose site of that sometimes. Live Streamers: Many estate sale companies are allowing live streamers to set up camp inside a home and have live auctions during the sale. It is absolutely annoying and seems disrespectful to the family. We haven't seen this at a Burns sale yet. We've been very pleased with Burns' sales and I hope this review helps families who are looking for a company, as well as buyers at future sales.
