I worked with Johnathan for the initial estimate and he was kind, thorough, and supported me through every phase of the repair. The pricing was reasonable and the crew did a good job. They even found dry rot that needed repairing, which we would have not known, had it not been for their attention to detail. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the repair, but after speaking with Alex directly, another crew was sent the following business day to correct the issue. I would highly recommend working with the business based on their affordability, timely repair, and excellent customer service.

I called to get an estimate and was assisted by Alejandro. He scheduled a date that worked best for me to come out for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit. On the day of the project, his crew showed up promptly. They got straight to work. The project took around 4.5 hours long to finish. After they were done, they sent me the after photos with the invoice. The roof looks brand new after the cleaning. I am so glad I found them on Yelp. I am so pleased with all the work Andrey and Paul have done for me. They painted my entire condo. Their paint gives great coverage and they match it to any brand's color. The lines are crisp and clean. They also worked me into their schedule, a few weeks later, to hang blinds and install a ceiling fan. As was my prior experience, they were friendly, professional, very cautious of furniture, walls and breakables (things that I've had other contractors mar with tools and not acknowledge although I was right there). When they leave they clean up their area so well, you'd never know they were there. I recommended them to a friend for his new home. The house had just been totally resided and shop. IS a 8,000 square foot house which is 3 stories. Shop is 2000 square feet. Andre's crew worked from 7:30 till 6:30 preparing and covering all plants, windows, and etc. Then did a fabulous job using 2 different colors to paint the entire house and shop outside When finish he came back to do a walk through with me to make sure every detail was to my liking and touch up anything I wanted done. A few months later had him come back to paint inside 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and blend paint to cover a gash in the hallway. He went out of his way to make it look perfect . I had no problem leaving the house while he and his crew were working, knowing how trust worthy they are. I wholeheartedly and happily recommend RedKo Builders. This is a family run operation with expertise and a personal touch. A true professional, Andre cares about his work and is respectful. They accommodated my schedule, were efficient, thorough, neat, and timely. they worked extra long and hard to beat the threatening weather. I have a flat roof which is a challenge as i have come to find out. The first company i used did not fix the leaks even after several tries. RedKo Builders and their quality product was superior and even after the downpour i had no further problems. What a relief. Thank you Andre for all your hard work. Great experience from beginning to end. I needed a metal flat roof installed over my outdoor kitchen pergola. It's not easy to get someone to come out and do that. Appreciated that I was updated regularly as to when my product was ordered, received, etc. A portion of my panels needed painting which was not initially expected but they happily went out and purchased the paint and painted the panels before installation (at their expense). They cleaned up so well I would never have known they were even in my backyard - always a plus, so just a great, smooth experience and my roof looks fabulous. They did a nice job and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. read more

During last year's rain season, we realized several small leaks around our chimney. Tried fixing it ourselves but the issue was beyond my capabilities. After a few quotes from different companies, we were recommended RedKo by friends. Attention to detail with my glass backsplash, painting my kitchen cabinets ( they followed the full process of stripping and sanding my cherry cabinets and painting them white). This past Thanksgiving, we discovered water that had accumulated on a shelf in the garage during a…read morestorm. After investigating in the attic, we suspected that the water must be due to a leak in the roof valley above, as there was also a lot of leaf accumulation. We contacted a few roofing companies, but Jeff was the only one that could come out before the next rain event. Upon removing the concrete tiles in the roof valley, dry rot was discovered, causing the leak. Jeff was able to replace the dry rot with new plywood and seal it up before another rain event was scheduled later that evening! We had planned to have Jeff return at a later date to clean out 5 other roof valleys as a proactive measure. However, another leak was discovered in the master bedroom ceiling during another wind driven storm event over Christmas. Jeff and his helper were able to return the following day to open up the roof valley above this location and found dry rot! Thankfully the repair was completed in time before another round of rain returned! We highly recommend Jeff for any roof repairs! Not only was he able to come out promptly to do the repairs but the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes that we had received!

We were given two options; First was to repair immediate roof damage, gutters, and drains with a two year guarantee. Second was a more extensive repair, the roof tiling would match, and the guarantee is for a longer period. We have since experienced several atmospheric rivers with no leaking I will also mention that he was polite, courteous, respectful, and a full clean-up was done. The company did not notify me that the roof passed the second inspection and instead stopped responding completely. Multiple attempts were made to contact Great Valley Roofing (Robert), and after many weeks we finally received a call that the roof passed re-inspection.
