They scheduled a time for the work, arrived on time, and did a superb job fixing our roof and cleaning the gutters. We believe they went above and beyond what they estimated they would do to make our roof water-tight. Once the work was completed, we found one of our gutters was leaking a lot of water after a torrential downpour. I let Alex know, and he immediately sent one of his men back to fix the issue. Overall, Alex Perez's Roofing did a stellar job with our roof. I have one suggestion for the improvement: Alex should improve his post-work processes. When I asked Alex for a receipt of the work, he said yes. But I never got it. So, I had to call his office a few times. The first time, the office manager didn't reply. The second time, she sent the wrong receipt showing just the initial deposit. The third time, she sent the right receipt showing the final zero balance.
