Also, because they will charge you before they even complete 25% of the job. Therefore, before providing your credit card information ​be aware that they charge in advance even though they haven't completed 50% of the work. read more

As it turns out, the flashing around my chimney wasn't done correctly, so I am paying out of pocket to have it redone only three years later. In addition, I am also having to repair the water damage to the inside of my home. My elderly parents needed help with damage on their tile roof due to squirrels. Roof Recovery did a horrible job and had to come back to repair all the various problems. Had a guy come out to give a quote to replace some broken roof tiles. Said he was going to email an official quote, which was going to be their minimum charge of $850. He never sent me the quote. Too bad because we were probably going to let them do the job. Edit: They called and said they had input my email address incorrectly. So I am waiting for the estimate. I have modified my review since they got back so quickly. If we like the job they do we will modify again to 5 stars. So today is Friday June 20, 2025. Jason replaced the broken tiles. Documented all the repairs with photos. Even cleaned the gutters. These tiles were substantial so they constituted a good portion of the cost of the job. Job took less than one hour. IT did involve some cutting of tile. And the overall cost was what we agreed to in the contract. read more

They also offered the best financing options, which was our number one concern. Jordan and Jessie were who we primarily worked with. They were both amazing and very try responsive. Yelp quote concept misunderstood by business. Consumer inputs 1 scenario so that scenario can be quoted & dealt with by multiple contractors for the consumer to choose the best fit for them. This establishment utilizing Yelp Quotes as a link forwarder for the consumer to refill out the same scenario on their quote request form. I needed to leverage my time to get 1 scenario quoted from many, not get forwarded to many to duplicate my request manually on each contractor's custom form. So I chose to close my quote request with them. I am not sure of their quality or value. read more

As a renter of my home I honestly couldn't tell you what the outcome of the roof looks like so this review is purely from the standpoint of the mess the workers left behind. While on vacation from home I received a notification that someone was at my home via Ring. Upon speaking with the workers I learned my management company had scheduled them to come repair my leaking garage roof without letting me know they would be there. Totally not on this company, management dropped the ball to let me know they were coming. I spoke with them over the camera and let them know someone was home if they needed anything and garage was unlocked if they needed to enter. Long story short this company left my garage in utter shambles. After returning home I enter my garage and see dirt and debris everywhere. I am LIVID to say the least. The utter lack of concern to tarp off the area or even let me know that there would be roof dust and debris everywhere so that I could make the decision to cover my belongings was a complete buzzkill. The reason for the one star I did give them was they did send a person over to "clean" the area once I fired off a VERY umm unkind email with the attached photos to my property manager. While at surface value the guy did a great job blowing the debris away. 2 months removed and now moving things off my shelves it's still a mess. I wouldn't recommend this company because of that and if you do use them watch them and your home like a hawk as the workers that came to my home showed no regard for my home and belongings. read more

We had two leaky spots in the valleys of our roof. Andrew got up on our roof and did a thorough inspection and photographed where the repairs were needed and explained how they would do them. We got 4 total bids and chose Roof Recovery to repair the 2 Valleys and clean out a third, replace rotted wood on a gable and some other repairs. They did excellent work. They were timely and thorough. I am very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend them. read more

Ok these guys are amazing. It is really tough to get a company to even come out now; however, roof recovery responded to us and was up front about their lead time. We had some large branches fall on our tile roof which caused some damage. We called our roof contractor who installed the roof and much to our surprise they were not willing to come out and quote us for the repair unless we agreed to a large up-front cost to even look at it. I found roof recovery and they came out gave us a fair and detailed quote and also let us know of some other broken tiles and some other issues we had. Nothing to large and they did not pressure us in any way to do the additional work. We ended up doing all the work to be pro-active to avoid any issues down the road. Their crew came out and were very professional and did an amazing job. I would definitely use them again. Their office was great at communication before, during and after the job! Roof looks great, however roof recovery sent Rodriguez roofing to do it. It was done in about a week. I had said when I contracted, I did not want subs. , but that is what I got. So they did cut/change my gutters saying it would be a better roof, but now rain will flow where there are no gutters. So another project/expense. I asked them to quote me but they did not. I dont see any screening on the vent so will have to figure that out too if I don't want bee nests. They cleaned the first and last day but not the days between so I had to since I have dogs and don't want flat tires. They did get me nearly full financing and started a week earlier than planned due to the dry weather. read more

My first impression was of a super personable, very nice guy that would gimme zero run around. After looking at the damage, he let me know that the roof looked great except for 3 broken tiles. Unfortunately, the job was too small to justify Roof Recovery doing the work, but Alex provided me with the photos he took, as well as a recommendation for another licensed roofer that would be able to handle the small repairs I needed. Horrible company. The quoted over price amount. Their markup for material and labor must be huge. Their quote was to fix facias and a few rafter for $7,640. No guarantee and they indicated if the price will increase if more material is needed. It will cost almost $5,000 for gutter. I would never recommend this company.
