I headed to the back to find the Oracle deck cards. She had a decorative table in the back displaying her gorgeous Oracle deck cards. There were little refreshments and amazing cookies to celebrate the occasion. After learning more about Oracle deck cards, I decided to shuffle and pull two cards. They were exactly on point. I became emotional and decided to explore the rest of the store. I realized I did give myself a big enough budget. It truly was a gift givers paradise: stones, teas, essential oils, aromatherapy, skincare, books, socks, stickers, cards, plushies, jewelry, etc. I ended up only purchasing two sets of Oracle Deck cards, but I already bookmarked this shop to return for future gift shopping. I have been shopping there since they opened this location a few times a year, the prior staff member whom is now retired was the absolute best! I truly enjoyed the visit with her when I would meander in to check out the inventory. On my last three visits to the store the staff have not welcomed me or even acknowledged my presence and yes she saw me. I found some thing that I wanted to purchase but decided not to due to the behavior of the staff member. This is really a bummer as I really enjoy the unique items they carry.

She was so helpful and explained the various properties and originations of the crystals I was interested in. I bought some Selenite, Bismuth, Labradorite, Yellow Calcite, Fluorite, Black Kyanite, Ocean Jasper, and Pink Tourmaline! The energy that Elivia has is so powerful and it was a lovely experience to meditate with different stones and realize their healing power for myself. I am definitely going to be coming back to buy more crystals because I use them when I meditate and they aid in the process of healing. Currently, she is accepting calls to learn more about her shop and where her shop is located. I definitely recommend setting up an appointment to visit her shop and check out the beautiful crystals and jewelry she has. Hi. I was wondering around Mission Valley Mall when I had an impulse to enter Icing. I recently was…read morecleaning out my jewelry 'vault' at home and had a bunch of earrings I coyld no longer use. I had my husband put in a diamond earing in what I thought was hole #2 in my right ear, but was in fact #3 of three holes. I have 2 holes in my left ear and a cartiledge piercing on the top. There was not a third hole on the left. However, amongst all the existing holes, the first holes are in horrible conditi9on. Beging a hippie child I wore heavy dangley earings for quite awhile. These holes, in the future, will blend in with the 'wrinkle zone' on my ears. Being unsymetrical now, I thought I needed a new hole in my left. I ducked into Icing and a very sweet gal measured it out etc, and poped in an earing. Voila. At home, I studied it to death and just didn't see what I had asked for. The next day, I was at Parkway Plaza in El Cajon, (I live in North County but have family, friends, and work down here. Why? It's gonna change soon.) I went into the Icing at Parkway Plaza and met the manager,Elayne VonDeWilker. We hit it off and it took us some time to come up with a plan B for me: making my left ear look like the right. It took some time, but I agreed to return in two days (in order to heal from the random piercing I'd gotten earlier). I saw Elayne today. We revisted our plan, executed it and off I went. Oh. The cost. I had purchased a 14kt stud, exchanged it for two stainless steel ones, and got a refund for $7 and change. I just want to not only Thank Elayne over and over, but to let others know there are good people in our retail enviornment that are there to take , not only care of us, but GOOD care. Look for them. The inside of the ring had some tool clamp markings and discoloration from the plating not being finished correctly in the final process of rhodium plating. (I decided not to fault the designer due to such a fine piece being rushed on my husband's request to gift it to me in time, and this is why hand crafted pieces shouldn't be rushed) I took it to Joel and he went above and beyond for me to make my dream ring absolutely flawless and PERFECT! I knew from my last visit that this jeweler would fix my ring to perfection. Such a wonderful experience each and every time.
