I'm so grateful to have found this place. I originally came in with a gold bangle bracelet that had cracked (and I'd been told by another jeweler that it was impossible to repair), but Juan expertly inspected it and assured me that not only could it be repaired, but it could be sized up to be more comfortable. The repair is seamless, and almost a year later, is holding up perfectly with daily wear. More recently, I brought in my grandmother's wedding ring to be sized, and again, the work is seamless. I can't tell where the sizing was done, and more importantly, they were careful to not disturb the inscription on the inner band. Juan took the time to inspect the setting to ensure the diamonds were secure, and did an outstanding job of cleaning and polishing the ring. It literally looks brand new after daily wear by my grandmother for over 70 years. I'd confidently bring any piece of jewelry here for repair, and given their very fair pricing, this would be my first stop for any future jewelry purchases and/or designs. read more

I was looking for recommendations on where to get a custom wedding band after learning that ours was delayed and wasn't going to be delivered in time for our wedding. I was referred to Jewelry Loft and spoke with Yuliya regarding a custom wedding band. She was so easy to speak with and assured me that this was a project they would be able to complete in time for the wedding. I was assisted by Juan when I came in. He recommend a few rings to try on that were similar to a reference photo I brought in and he helped me find my correct ring size. Wow! I had such a great experience here at Jewelry Loft. I brought in a pair of diamond earrings that my grandmother gave me. I was looking to replace the settings because they were damaged, but I was afraid to take them anywhere. I decided to check out jewelry loft because of all the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did.
