Had a great experience with Eden. Arrived at my home to repair/replace a gate lock. Very friendly and professional. Made an assessment and encouraged me to contact the lock manufacturer based on my recent purchase. He also took photos of the malfunctioned lock for me. I called last Sunday to tell them that I am now having problems with the key and I was told that someone will call and come fix my keys/lock the next day. I waited until 2pm, and never got a call, so I called. I was then told that someone will call me right away, so I waited another 30 minutes......nobody called! Eric saved my life!!!!! I lost my keys on my birthday, and the first company I contacted was Toyota, who said they would charge me $500 to take care of the issue. They also told me that I would have to tow my car over there, which would have costed an additional $200. Luckily, my friend searched and found this company online.
