We had a problem with our On-line Banking Bill Pay service. We issued payment of $102.00 3 times. Each time the check was never received. It turned out that the mailing address was incorrect on the Bank service (even though it looked correct on the bill pay interface screen our bookkeeper saw). We have not had this experience with our Bank Bill Pay Service before (we even had two successful payment to Allied previous to this specific payment ???) We explained the problem to the bookkeeper all throughout the process and updated her every step of the way. We have an EXCELLENT credit rating and this is not normal for our company to be late on a payment. The Bookkeeper made such a big deal about this error and was rude on the phone and in person in this regards. She was so rude in fact, that we will never use their services again. It is too bad for them as we have multiple sites and some of our facilities are older and need constant small plumbing fixes. It could have been very lucrative for them.
