This is by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had, and I want to warn others before they waste their time or money. They clearly do not know how to do basic dip nails. The technician removed my previous dip by aggressively filing down my actual nails, leaving them extremely thin and damaged. To the point, I said my nail is getting too thin. When she applied the new dip, it was messy and got all over my skin. I finally told her I just wanted it removed and to leave. While the lady herself was nice, the service was absolutely horrible. the WORST manicure and pedicure i have EVER gotten. not one of my nails is the same color, shape, etc as the other and it was horrible. nail tech cut me multiple times and continued to pour alcohol on my bleeding finger and telling me "it's okay". the colors on the swatches did not match ANY of the actual colors they had. DO NOT GO HERE. there is polish allll over my skin. my nails are crooked and all different thicknesses. a preschooler could have done better than this. i will be returning and demanding my money back. $100 for this HORRIBLE excuse for a manicure - no cuticle cutting, no massage, no lotion, no clean up, nothing. for the pedicure, it was less than a 2 minute "massage". read more

Without an appointment, I walked in and requested a manicure. The person available was a man: I was dissatisfied with his technique as well as the results of his trimming. I very much liked the warm wax and massage of my hands, though the wax became embedded in my ring. He then massaged my back, and abruptly pulled back each shoulder. It was painful, and I imagined I would suffer later. True: the middle of my back and shoulder unremittingly aches. His very lovely wife, who seems to be the owner, was kind and attentive. She recognized my displeasure, and completed the painting. I was charged $25...and I tipped because I liked her. I will not return. I chalked it up to experience, and can only hope that the pain remits soon. read more

A very nice lady named Yen did my french tips. I also had my toes done in "scarlet red." The massage did wonders for my back as my feet soaked. All work was very delicate. My fingers and toes are very sensitive, and I haven't had them worked on professionally in years. I barely felt anything, except the amazing massage chair. I was also treated to a mini massage as my tips dried. The salon was clean, neat, and did NOT smell like chemicals. Everyone was friendly! I will be back! read more

Ok, this place is actually so nice. I came across this salon through word of mouth, so I set up an appointment and they managed to squeeze me in on a busy Friday. I rarely self-pamper, but when I do, I like to get a good old-fashioned mani-pedi. Prices were incredibly reasonable too! I came in at my appointment time and not even before I could sit down and open up my phone, they said they were ready for me. The lady I worked with (Yen) was so nice and friendly; not only was she very careful and thorough with her work, but she always made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything. I was a new face at this salon, so already being treated like a valuable client is a huge plus in my books. I will be back. FYI - they take card now! read more

You walk in and the smell of chemicals almost knocks you over, but these gals have been here for a while and they look okay, right? I got a normal pedicure and acrylic gel manicure and I went with good expectations but my toes looked below average but my finger nails looked HORRIBLE! I felt bad because everyone there was very nice and clearly enjoyed doing nails but their lack of experience was extremely evident. My finger nails weren't evenly painted and parts of my nail weren't even covered! My toes just look like I did them and I have no talent to do nails! I went to another salon to get them fixed and it took them 2 hours to fix them. They had to fill the acrylic after one day because they didn't get it close enough to the cuticle. The best nail salon in town! This is my go to spot. They have excellent service and great quality. The shellac they use is the best from my experience. It lasts an extremely long time and never chips. It's also easy to take off unlike other shellac polishes. The owners are so nice and always take the time to speak to me and have a conversation. Absolutely Horrible!! Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The place is no frills and basic but no excuse. First of all they were short staffed. So the lady was working on me and two other people at same time. She kept on stopping and making me wait while she worked on somebody else. They obviously were rushing me out of there as fast as they could. She took absolutely no time to work on my nails. First she cut my nails way too short then she didn't file them evenly. She worked on my cuticles for literally one minute and buffed my nails for a few seconds. Half of the time they spent was just the other guy massaging my feet. Basically I left there with toe nails that looked worse than when I came in. I would never ever go back there again. Stay away from this place!!! Oh I thought I would add on an update a few days later. Got an infection in one of my toes. probably because they aren't properly sanitizing their tools and not washing there hands between working on other clients. read more

My friend and I went to get manicures. We tried the dip nails and had two completely different results. Her nails were rough and didn't ever shine up. I've been going here for six years. The service is the best. Yes, all the staff works hard when they do your feet. It takes at least half an hour for them to clean, scrub, massage and put polish on your toenails. All things considered the price is fair and moderate and I was happy to leave a big tip for those hard working (mostly female) staff. This is the worst nail salon. I will never go back and have told my friends to not go there. I went in February of this year. It's a no frills place - they wipe off your hands with a rough paper towel. I asked for a simple design with my pedicure. It looked like it was done by a child. I asked for a French manicure with red nails and black tips. They told me no problem for the design or the manicure. I even asked a second time, are you sure? No problem, no problem. I had to show the lady that my nails weren't even and she needed to work on the filing. I had red polish all over my cuticles. Seriously, it looked like my young niece had painted my nails. The black tips looked good but there was red everywhere on my fingers. Another lady (I'm guessing the owner or mgr) came over and asked if I liked it. I told her no, there was red polish everywhere, all over my cuticles. I asked her if it looked good to her? She told me she would fix it. I should have just left and gone somewhere else. I thought it can't be any worse and I needed my nails done and didn't have time to go somewhere else. IT GOT WORSE! She took off all the polish and with red of course your could still see it in the cuticles. She put the coats on so fast it just globbed up on my nails. Apparently, she didn't know how to do French tips so she drew a thin line. The tips weren't the problem before, it was the polish all over my cuticles. This time the polish was okay but the tips were awful. I just left. My nails were a joke. My friends and I just laughed at how awful my nails looked. One of them asked if I had done the design on my toes myself upside down? All we could do was laugh. I can't believe I didn't take a picture. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!
