This has become one of my favorite / go-to nail salons. The staff are always polite and accommodating. I never have to make a reservation, I call before coming and they're always able to get me in. All of the nails techs are pretty good and fast, my fav so far is Tim. Im picky with my nails and he did my nails perfectly! The only negative is the parking lot. It's very small and usually packed. I have gotten a mani and pedi here but for my Birthday I got acrylic nails. The shape was ok except one was filed smaller than the rest. I JUST got my nails done a couple days ago and the polish is already coming off. I paid $150 plus tip and VERY upset the color is already coming off. I do r think I'll get them done again here. They actually do really well on your nails but be aware they charge you for every little thing. I got charged $5 for filing my nails, then another $5 for having long nails, mind you mine just happen to be natural length and real and then I got charged another $5 for wanting almond shape. Around $65 for some basic almond nails with a solid color is wild to me and then tip money? crazy. I'm sure they won't miss my business, because they have the clients and they must have the money for it lol read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! The nail tech drilled a hole through my nail that hit my skin. I was bleeding a lot then at the end they STILL CHARGED ME!!! The manager also told me to come back in 3 days so she could put a nail on it which is not possible. Completely ruined my nail and I can't get done till it grows out. DONT COME!!!!!! I have been going to this location for years. I'm officially done. Ordered a complimentary drink and it was full of bugs. I stopped counting after 6. When I brought the issue to the staff's attention they removed drink but proceed to laugh in my face. Once they realized I wasn't ok only then did they ask was I ok. I felt completely disrespected and mortified that I could've consumed bugs. Also, they did not attempt to rectify the issue just asked if I wanted another drink! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I will not be returning. Update: Someone from the location text me last night apologizing. They stated they weren't aware I had bugs in my drink and to give them another chance. Overall, I think I am done with the establishment I have been a customer over 3 years and to be disrespected to this degree I cannot return. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Even though my nails turned out good and I have nothing bad to say about my technician, or the salon really, What I'm going to say is I came in with no nails at all, so I didn't get charge for no nail removal. I asked her how much it would be for a full set for a long nails I didn't even say medium length, all this is is just acrylic and a special kind of tip not even a shape. She said a full set with acrylic would be $45 I said okay, well what about length and the the straight tip? And she continued saying maybe $5 for length extra so I'm thinking okay $50-$55 max.. awesome book me please. No, they charged me $80 for this one solid color, with no design, shape or anything. Something is not right. So I would recommend asking while you're getting them done how much it's going to be because I feel like I walked in and they ripped me off. There's no way that this adds up to $80. And I asked twice and I didn't want to make a scene and keep asking questions because they looked at me like I was stupid and it was kind of busy and I got embarrassed, but I got this in my pedicure with gel which is a good price for $45 so totaling is 125, and I still left a $15 tip. All I'm saying is I feel really taken advantage of because I got my nails two days ago and I'm still feeling some type away about it. read more

I went in for an overlay. I've been in before for an overlay. When I sat down I said what I wanted and the guy (tall and slim) pulled out tips. I said no I don't want tips I just want the acrylic overlay. The front desk girl had to translate to him and then he proceeded to start the overlay. I thought it was going good until he shaped them. Once I looked he literally had shaped them where there was a curve in the middle of all my nails on the right. I asked why would you do that? They're uneven and weird looking. Of course he pretended to not understand what I was saying. I kept telling him I didn't like it. I know the front desk girl knew I didn't like it because he said something to her when I kept saying I didn't like it. I knew she knew because she'd asked everyone else how their experience was (I know because I had the chair next to the counter) but when I got there she rang me up quick and walked away. At first I was like forget it I don't have the time and walked out but no! I went back in and voiced my concern and asked for a refund. She wanted me to wait around or come back the next day. I'm like no I have plans hence why I'm in here now. she told me no refund and I could do what I wanted to do. Not to mention I even asked for the guy who'd done my overlays before because I didn't want any problems after the guy originally didn't understand what I wanted. My first time here wasn't bad but I'm very picky with how my nails are done and my 2nd trip here gave me enough reasons to not come back. The service honestly isn't too bad, or not even bad at all.. but I called ahead to put my name down and even then I just felt very rushed? 1. I got at least 2 cuts on my fingers from grinding the cuticles and 2 on my toes from cutting 2. The design wasn't what I wanted. But I felt so rushed to the point that even I couldn't wait to leave to make space for them. *see pictures for designs 3. This is what bothered me the most: Idk what top coat they used? I first noticed there was something wrong with my "top coat" because fuzz from my clothes started sticking to my nails. When I informed the lady who took my payment, she told me the guy who did my nails "forgot to wipe it off with acetone." ?? Which I've never had to do the many years of doing dip nails. By the second day, I saw that the top coat on one of my fingers had started to peel off. I didn't have time to go back to them for just one finger so I brushed it off and used my own top coat on it. Few days later, I noticed that the glossiness on all the fingers had disappeared. I do wash my hands often but again, I've been getting dip (and it's always on my natural nails) for the longest time and this has never happened. I also noticed that they started lifting & started to peel off. Week and a half in, the top coat on all the fingers (but the ring with the designs on it: another technician drew the designs and I actually saw him put the top coat on it, but not the tech who did everything else) had completely peeled off. This is the shortest time I've ever had a dip done on my nails. Too bad because I really wanted to like this place :( read more

I think I'm starting to hate this place. I have been coming for over a year, and I ended up taking a hiatus. I stopped coming for 3 months bc I truly never feel taken care of or like I'm getting the quality that's desired. My birthday is on Friday and figured that my at home shellac nail kit is not enough for my birthday. And said, you know what let me try again. But just as usual, I was rushed through my whole appointment and every reason that made me stop coming was still present. At the end, I kindly just asked for the best 1 or 2 people's names so that I can schedule appointments with them in times that are not busy, and the lady who is supposed to help me was also rushing. I work in cosmetics as well and I know it's a tough service business so I'm always mindful. I never caught an attitude or raised my voice. I just kindly asked. And she never gave me any names of the best techs and just said "come in the mornings." Which I was already planning to do since I see they don't do well with high volumes. She didn't listen to anything and just sent me on my way. It was so bad that a girl waiting to get checked in who overheard had to stop my on my way out and point to a guy that she knows is good. And literally said "she's rushing you too." I still gave a small til bc times are hard but man. They have disappointed me more times that not that I bought my own nail kits to not have to come to these high volume asian nail shops. They do not value their customers, and sure do not value people like me. Never pulling a race card but I can only imagine how much my voice doesn't matter in the midst of all they have going on. Every tech does a a great job. However when asking for pricing it is never shared. I've received inconsistent pricing when I've gone and this last time was just the end for me. I don't understand the lack of customer service. Details: I didn't get a specialty cut it was the square shape but they added a charge for that. A nail removal charge as well, they usually waive it when you do your nails too. When I dress comfortably they do not offer drinks but when I go after work dressed with my coach or LV bag they're kind and offer drinks. Lastly, Parking is terrible. Front desk made it clear they didn't care to lose my business. There was no yelling just no care for all the add on or an explanation. they are also not tracking the rewards system. One thing I didn't like was they never gave me price options on my nails. I got a gel pedicure and full sets. My nails did however come out soooo pretty. So I ended up paying $125(usually out of my price range) but my toes just look sloppy and is already chipping which idk how bc it's supposedly " gel ".
