The mani and pedi were both low mid to mid. First the gentleman who did my pedi knocked over my drink on my shoes on the floor and never replaced the drink nor even offer a new one. He just put the empty glass back on the stand. Also my toe nails were not cut straight and I was going to bring it to his attention but I noticed I accidentally smudged one toe on my flip flops when I went to the restroom and asked him to fix that one but it seemed like it was a pain or hassle for him to do so, so I didn't even bother to ask him to fix the odd diagonal angle of my other nails. The girl who did my mani just kinda slapped some lotion on my hands at the end, no massage or rubbing the lotion all the way in. However the woman who did my eyebrows was excellent and very sweet and professional. I was just kinda disappointed in the appointment as a whole, especially after seeing all the good reviews on here. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. When I got there I was a little bit early the owner had put out a vibe I guess she was tired or whatever. I sat down and got a manicure and the manicure wasn't up the part also date number three my nails were popping off and I never did get the chance to go back and put them on because I didn't want to catch a lift all the way to the establishment. I called last week to tell the lady who claims that the owner wasn't in to see what they could do to my foot because when I mentioned it the day I got my feet done he told me that it was because she filed my feet always to meet but I didn't believe that you know I just let it go and wait till now time that he gave me. I've been calling them constantly I know that I called one day and they sent me straight to voicemail. I think that's extremely unprofessional to do that to someone. I spoke to someone yesterday and she told me that she didn't even know when the owners were going to be back which is pathetic and not true. So this seems to be the only way that I can handle things in a professional way. Also I told her that if I didn't hear from anyone at that establishment until Wednesday or Thursday that I'm bringing my lawyer up there. So technically right now I still haven't heard anything from The Establishment they claim that they gave me my money back for my pedicure and I still haven't seen it at this moment I pretty much want all my money back because this is ridiculous I've never been to a nail spa where they pretty much pick Nick and pick who can talk to me I am a very very upset customer. I would if I could rate this establishment of zero because the only did they not pay attention to the work they did to my feet also my nails started falling off two maybe three days after I got them done today they are glued on and I'm trying my hardest t0 keep them on but it's only two nails that fell off when I first got them done and now all of them are falling off. I know every review is not the same but I'm a paying customer and when I feel like the services should be done well, I think that it should just be done as the customer asked. read more

I went to this nail shop about two weeks ago while visiting from out of state to see my boyfriend. There were four of us total -- me, my boyfriend, and two others. We called ahead and made appointments. Three of us got manicures and pedicures with designs, and one person just got a manicure. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure with a Halloween design that I showed them from Pinterest. One of my friends got acrylic nails, and my boyfriend got a gel mani-pedi with black polish. During the appointment, everything seemed fine overall. The only issue I had was that my nail design wasn't centered on my nail, so the tech had to redo it before I left. Other than that, everything seemed okay and we all left a tip. But within just a few days, everyone's nails started chipping and peeling, which shouldn't happen with gel polish. At this point, they look like we've had them done for weeks. For the amount we spent (over $100 for my services alone), I expected way better quality. The staff was polite and the shop itself was nice, but unfortunately, the results didn't last. I don't think we'll be returning, especially since I've had gel nails from other places that hold up way longer. read more

The Zen Nails photos looked the best out of the salons that I could walk to from my hotel so I rolled the dice and made an appointment. I am SO thankful Mia did my manicure. I showed her a photo I had and she did an amazing job. 4 nail techs at my nail spa at home couldn't come close and one said it couldn't be done because it was an AI photo. Zen Nails is a place I would never recommend or return to. The service, especially the pedicure, was absolutely terrible. The man who did my pedicure seemed like he didn't know what he was doing at all. He nipped two of my toes while cutting my cuticles, and one of them is now in significant pain because of how badly he cut me. When I asked him to scrape a callus on my right foot, he laughed, clearly not understanding me. I tried to explain again without even pointing, and he said "okay." He came back and use the scraper to scrub the bottom of my feet, and I kept telling him no the top of my foot, but then also scrubbed the top of my right foot, which I did NOT ask for and did not want. The whole experience made me uncomfortable and frustrated. I will say the manicure and facial were fine--I purchased a package that included a mani, pedi, and facial--but that does not make up for the pain and poor treatment during the pedicure. After everything, I spoke to who I believe was the manager. He was apologetic and said he would take $25 off my total. However, the pricing made no sense at all. The package was listed as $130, plus a $20 gel add-on, which should have totaled $150. Somehow, my total came out to $139.46, which is very confusing. If $25 was taken off, the total should have been $125. When I called back for clarification, I was told that a 20% discount was already applied to the package--but that makes no sense because the package price was clearly listed as $130 on both the menu and the website. It felt misleading and honestly like I was being played. Between the pain, poor pedicure service, lack of clear communication, and confusing pricing, this was an overall horrible experience. I give Zen Nails 1 out of 5 stars and will absolutely never return read more
